Perfect GPS for cats The GPS system is the perfect size for cats - our english shorthair is not bothered by the collar at all. It is easy to recharge (with two batteries you can swap between one empty and one charged) and adjustable to fit small necks. Only once she got stuck with it on branch - she escaped easily and we found it based on the last GPS marker. Customer service is quick to respond to questions and helpful. Sometime the GPS doesn't locate first time but with a bit of patience it connects. We have been using this GPS for over a year now and would recommend the service.

Company no longer exists I am getting very frustrated with these people. Their website no longer exists, all emails get blocked as undeliverable and the phone never gets answered, but they keep taking money from my account without my permission - next stop might be a police contact - avoid at all costs

Happily Now Own Two PAWTRACK Cat Collars I hadn't thought about getting a GPS collar for my cat, as I didn't know they existed until a friend recommended Pawtrack. Now I have two, one for each cat. It took me a bit to figure out the first one initially, but I have techphobia and hate setting up anything. It's actually not that tricky, I could even do it. I don't worry about my animals like I used to, which is a great relief. I can see what they are up to, which is quite fun.

Fraudster Fraudster Got my bank details and keep taking money long after I told them to stop. The help@pawtrack email is blocked and the phone number is permanently engaged. The cat dropped the collar somewhere within a few days and Pawtrack still ripping me off two years later. AVOID

Glitzy website does not a good service… Glitzy website does not a good service make. Having been searching for various cat trackers we stumbled across Pawtrack and their glitzy websitrle and false claims. A month later we still await our product and now notice these awful reviews. Fortunately, we have now ordered from two other companies that are providing an excellent service.
