GBHappily Now Own Two PAWTRACK Cat Collars I hadn't thought about getting a GPS collar for my cat, as I didn't know they existed until a friend recommended Pawtrack. Now I have two, one for each cat. It took me a bit to figure out the first one initially, but I have techphobia and hate setting up anything. It's actually not that tricky, I could even do it. I don't worry about my animals like I used to, which is a great relief. I can see what they are up to, which is quite fun.

GBStill love seeing where Suki goes each… Still love seeing where Suki goes each night. Animation and path features are good, Nd the new collar serms a bit dmaller than tbe other one. Really needs to have wifi set up to make sure battery life is ok.

GBWhere is the company now? The app has stopped working and I had paid for a subscription. The website doesn’t work and I see the company has been issued a Gazette first notice for compulsory strike off

GBHope this helps others… My last experience dates back to December 2023 when more money was taken from my account even though I'd given Pawtrack three months notice to end the contract. The only way you can stop money being taken is to contact you bank's Dispute Dept and get them to Blacklist the company on your account. It helps if you've kept a copy of the email giving them notice and you can let the bank have that. At the very least you should go through the giving of notice process so you are armed with that for the next time money is taken and there will be a next time unless your card Expires naturally. My bank actually got my money back just before Christmas. I hope this review helps others.

NZAvoid. I purchased a collar and a subscription. Found the collar to be unreliable and asked to return it for a refund (in line with refund policy). The company confirmed that performance issues were known. I sent the physical collar back to the UK. Never received a refund for the collar nor the subscription. Was auto billed this year and could not get hold of company to cancel or reverse this. And am unable to log into app.
