In and out I definitely like the no wait time, at least in my experience I haven't had to wait more then a minute. Quick n easy in and out. For the I like that direct and straight to point. No machine asking questions or nothing I talk with a person directly on the first pick up and dive right into my question. Get the info I need to make sure the part is correct for my car and I'm out in 5 minutes. This is the only reason I order from 1A auto.

Parts ordered are always perfect Parts ordered are always perfect. Most recently my package was delivered to the wrong location by usps. Called 1A auto and they didn't hesitate to send a replacement but a few hours later my mailman brought it to my door. He had found it a few miles away at another location.

Best customer service ever. I had been very happy with the prices and shipping of the parts for my truck. When we came to install the new oxygen sensors, it wasn't clear which ones were the upstreams and which the downstreams. I called 1AAuto hoping they could help, and quickly got through to an associate who understood the problem, and was able to look up the answer in about 10 seconds.
