Super Fast Shipping and Great Customer Service The website is easy to use when I want to find a part for my vehicles. I like how it shows what's an exact. The shipping has always been super fast. I've also had the opportunity to talk with customer service two times and always received great help. This last time they had to send out a replacement and it was an absolute breeze to get that done through customer service. They don't seem to put their phone number up on their website like they used to but it's 888-844-3393.

Best customer service ever. I had been very happy with the prices and shipping of the parts for my truck. When we came to install the new oxygen sensors, it wasn't clear which ones were the upstreams and which the downstreams. I called 1AAuto hoping they could help, and quickly got through to an associate who understood the problem, and was able to look up the answer in about 10 seconds.

In and out I definitely like the no wait time, at least in my experience I haven't had to wait more then a minute. Quick n easy in and out. For the I like that direct and straight to point. No machine asking questions or nothing I talk with a person directly on the first pick up and dive right into my question. Get the info I need to make sure the part is correct for my car and I'm out in 5 minutes. This is the only reason I order from 1A auto.
