1AAuto, a preferred supplier 1AAuto is one of my prefered suppliers. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my order because the cost of expedited freight was too much and I needed the parts within two days. Local stores were expensive but parts were readily available. If I had ordered a week ahead, 1AAuto would have been my go to.

What isn’t this company NOT doing well…. Not only do they sell quality parts that save you money from the over priced o.e.m. dealer parts. They teach how to install safely and easy . Super Fast Shipping and Great Customer Service The website is easy to use when I want to find a part for my vehicles. I like how it shows what's an exact. The shipping has always been super fast. I've also had the opportunity to talk with customer service two times and always received great help. This last time they had to send out a replacement and it was an absolute breeze to get that done through customer service. They don't seem to put their phone number up on their website like they used to but it's 888-844-3393.

The reps are lying to your customers… The reps are lying to your customers about shipping. I was told my order would ship out the day after I placed the order and I would receive my order on the date that I was expecting to see my order. The order DID NOT ship and what I will have now, it I placed my order on a Monday and will not receive it until Friday. 1AAUTO's service has fallen off drastically. I guess it time to start looking for another supplier of auto parts.
