The reps are lying to your customers… The reps are lying to your customers about shipping. I was told my order would ship out the day after I placed the order and I would receive my order on the date that I was expecting to see my order. The order DID NOT ship and what I will have now, it I placed my order on a Monday and will not receive it until Friday. 1AAUTO's service has fallen off drastically. I guess it time to start looking for another supplier of auto parts.

The lady who answered the phone was very respectful and polite, was able to resolve my issue with no hesitation after asking a couple routine questions and problem solved. 1A Auto is A#1 with me! Amanda, the customer service rep was extremely nice and pleasant to talk to. She was professional and processed my warranty claim within minutes. For these reasons I continue to use 1A Auto whenever I need replacement parts. Keep up the great work!

1AAuto, a preferred supplier 1AAuto is one of my prefered suppliers. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my order because the cost of expedited freight was too much and I needed the parts within two days. Local stores were expensive but parts were readily available. If I had ordered a week ahead, 1AAuto would have been my go to.
