Excellent experience I got my front brake pads and rotors replaced. Shortly after, there was a grinding noise that would happen sometimes when I would apply the brakes. I took the car back into brakes plus a few months later to assess the issue. Manager was very nice and helpful. After a solid conversation, he agreed to replace the rotors and brake pads under the warranty. The grinding noise has stopped. I’m very happy with my experience at Brakes Plus (and their manager @ NW Arvada location) who corrected the issue!! Will definitely recommend to others!!
