Excellent Service! Excellent Service! Paul Gifford was excellent to work with. He was patient and kind when setting up my appointment. He installed my brake lights very quickly and refused a tip when offered. Brakes plus is fortunate to have such a nice and professional service advisor.

Highly suspect Claimed our oil drain plug had been put in too tight and attempting an oil change might require replacing the oil pan!!! Told them to cease and picked up the vehicle and promptly took it to the mechanic who had done the prior oil change. Said the plug came out with a spanner no issue. Also asked, unprompted, if Brakes Plus had mentioned oil pan replacement! Highly suspect. 2nd bad experience at the Remington (Ken Caryl) location. I'll never set foot in the place again!

Alex was great ! I took my vehicle in today to get a brake check. I am on an extreme budget like most of us are. Alex informed me of a lot that was going on with my car but I informed him that I could only do my back brakes for now. When I went to pick my car up I was informed that they just finished the fronts?? I said front? I then told the other guy that I told Alex only back brakes. The end result was Alex replaced both front snd back brakes and knew it was a mis communication. He kept his word and at the end only charged me for back brakes. I appreciate that very much.

This is my go to car shop now One of the things I appreciate the most is their attention to customer service. The turnaround time is swift, meaning I'm not without my car for long. The quality of their work is top-notch.
