Thank you from the bottom of my heart! My Mini Cooper's battery died as I was driving to my daughters wedding rehearsal. I couldnt just buy a battery and pop it in due to a special tool being needed for mini coopers in order to save the settings etc. Brakes plus knew exactly what to do and diagnosed a bad alternator besides the battery. As a woman i get upsold alot on things so I was a little worried at first and beside myself with the cost of the alternator. Management reached out and they really went above and beyond to explain what needed to be done and took the time to find me a better price on the alternator and a discount on labor so i could get home safe after the wedding. Its rare to find such honest and talented mechanics let alone decent human beings. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me brake plus! I wish we had you in Oro Valley!

Check Engine Light I took my Nissan here on 4/13/24 because my ac/heat blower wasn’t working and they were not able to figure out the cause that day so they kept it another day which is totally fine I get a call Monday night that they are still unable to figure out what the issue is and I am going to have to take it somewhere else, also fine. What I am unpleased with is the fact that when I went to pick my car up the check engine light was on and it was not on when I dropped it off. They did not acknowledge that the check engine light came on or anything. So now I still have my initial blower issue and now my check engine light is on and have no idea what for.

I am grateful for Patrick's help I am grateful for Patrick's help. He was able to provide me the details of what was wrong with my daughters breaks and provided a quick email with the details of what needed to be done to get her back on the road quickly and safely. Alex was great ! I took my vehicle in today to get a brake check. I am on an extreme budget like most of us are. Alex informed me of a lot that was going on with my car but I informed him that I could only do my back brakes for now. When I went to pick my car up I was informed that they just finished the fronts?? I said front? I then told the other guy that I told Alex only back brakes. The end result was Alex replaced both front snd back brakes and knew it was a mis communication. He kept his word and at the end only charged me for back brakes. I appreciate that very much.
