Great, fast, friendly service I brought my car to this brake shop after noticing some concerning noises, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, taking the time to thoroughly inspect my brakes and explain the issues in detail. Their professionalism and expertise gave me confidence in their work. Not only did they fix the problem promptly, but they also went above and beyond to recognize my current military service with a manager’s discount. Excellent experience I got my front brake pads and rotors replaced. Shortly after, there was a grinding noise that would happen sometimes when I would apply the brakes. I took the car back into brakes plus a few months later to assess the issue. Manager was very nice and helpful. After a solid conversation, he agreed to replace the rotors and brake pads under the warranty. The grinding noise has stopped. I’m very happy with my experience at Brakes Plus (and their manager @ NW Arvada location) who corrected the issue!! Will definitely recommend to others!!

Check Engine Light I took my Nissan here on 4/13/24 because my ac/heat blower wasn’t working and they were not able to figure out the cause that day so they kept it another day which is totally fine I get a call Monday night that they are still unable to figure out what the issue is and I am going to have to take it somewhere else, also fine. What I am unpleased with is the fact that when I went to pick my car up the check engine light was on and it was not on when I dropped it off. They did not acknowledge that the check engine light came on or anything. So now I still have my initial blower issue and now my check engine light is on and have no idea what for.

Totally satisfied! I let them know exactly what I wanted and didn’t want in my full service and everything was exactly how I requested. Great shop, consistent quality- excellent value. Ashley was amazing and I appreciate the top notch customer service. I’ll be back!

Highly suspect Claimed our oil drain plug had been put in too tight and attempting an oil change might require replacing the oil pan!!! Told them to cease and picked up the vehicle and promptly took it to the mechanic who had done the prior oil change. Said the plug came out with a spanner no issue. Also asked, unprompted, if Brakes Plus had mentioned oil pan replacement! Highly suspect. 2nd bad experience at the Remington (Ken Caryl) location. I'll never set foot in the place again!
