Check Engine Light I took my Nissan here on 4/13/24 because my ac/heat blower wasn’t working and they were not able to figure out the cause that day so they kept it another day which is totally fine I get a call Monday night that they are still unable to figure out what the issue is and I am going to have to take it somewhere else, also fine. What I am unpleased with is the fact that when I went to pick my car up the check engine light was on and it was not on when I dropped it off. They did not acknowledge that the check engine light came on or anything. So now I still have my initial blower issue and now my check engine light is on and have no idea what for.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart! My Mini Cooper's battery died as I was driving to my daughters wedding rehearsal. I couldnt just buy a battery and pop it in due to a special tool being needed for mini coopers in order to save the settings etc. Brakes plus knew exactly what to do and diagnosed a bad alternator besides the battery. As a woman i get upsold alot on things so I was a little worried at first and beside myself with the cost of the alternator. Management reached out and they really went above and beyond to explain what needed to be done and took the time to find me a better price on the alternator and a discount on labor so i could get home safe after the wedding. Excellent experience I got my front brake pads and rotors replaced. Shortly after, there was a grinding noise that would happen sometimes when I would apply the brakes. I took the car back into brakes plus a few months later to assess the issue. Manager was very nice and helpful. After a solid conversation, he agreed to replace the rotors and brake pads under the warranty. The grinding noise has stopped. I’m very happy with my experience at Brakes Plus (and their manager @ NW Arvada location) who corrected the issue!! Will definitely recommend to others!!
