GBExcellent ATS! I have used Jobvite for the past three years. Jobvite has gone above and beyond our expectations! As an ATS administrator at my company, I've worked with numerous systems and I'd recommend Jobvite over all of them. It allows us to provide the best experience for our candidates using Jobvite's workflow steps and communication capabilities. The reporting features have allowed us to continue to grow and provide feedback to our team. Jobvite has taken suggestions/wants/needs and turned them into product features.

CAGreat but would like more flexibility. I think Jobvite is a great tool. I think there are little things that could help to make the moving between candidates/job descriptions/postings etc. a little more fluid especially with larger recruitment effort. I have also had a few timing issues with customer support. I had an urgent request (needed for legal reasons) for information within 24 hours. This was in March, never received the requested information. I had to chase them for days and weeks. It was not ideal.

GBAMAZING! Jobvite is our company's best friend. We absolutely LOVE it and makes our lives easier and everyone has the right amount of visability! Thanks for the updates, new features and releases to come!

GBJobvite 10/10 HR System PROS - Jobvite publisher - able to distribute jobs to your employees social media pages - Integration friendly - Especially with HRIS systems (i.e. Workday) - Many canned integrations - Top notch fast customer service responses - Customization - you pick what fields you want Reporting - every field is reportable and since the software is so customizable you pick what is reportable CONS None - You would be hard pressed to find an ATS system that has more functionality than Jobvite does. If Jobvite doesn't currently have an offering it is working on it. The newly released product roadmap has many offerings on it that was on my wish list. BUSINESS CASE/CONSIDERATIONS Source Tracking - Tracks the click through and hard codes this to the candidate profile Reporting - OFCCP reporting, EEO Reporting, allows for a more data driven company culture Pre-Interview Forms - Knock out questions, Knock in Questions Sourcing

GBThis system makes no sense This system makes no sense. For the "Help me" portion, I have to wait on someone to reply back, it doesn't actually help you with anything. There's no notification on when the message comes through. I'm trying to do the "verify information page" and it says I'm missing information. I've filled it ALL out. It doesn't even indicate what's "wrong", it just says fill it out. Overall, pretty crummy system
