USVery poor customer service I'm very disappointed with Shock Surplus's lack of customer service. I emailed and called multiple times to find out the status of my order, and no one has responded. They were accommodating during the purchase process, but it was a horrible experience after the sale.

USIn love with these pretty things Let me start this by saying I am VERY picky. This company came through for after a terrible experience somewhere else. I now have a killer set of Bilsteins for my truck. Couldn't be happier. Service was excellent, it took a Lil time to get the front struts but Def worth the wait.

USDo not do business here! Do not do business here!! Honestly I don’t have many options for brands for my truck, I installed 4 bilstein shocks, about $700, plus labor cost of about $300. 2 fronts gave out within 6 months. I contacted customer service, I ended up paying nearly $400 to replace the 2. Again about $300 for labor, I tried returning the old ones so I can get my money back, they just don’t make it easy, going back and forth with these incompetent people. I had to pay yet another time for 2 shocks I did not request $20 this time?!! I simply requested a refund of the original 2 that were defective due to seal failure. I’m still dealing with shocksurplus . I’ve been dealing with a lot of personal issues and these people love playing dumb with my refund. How are you even in business still?! I’m absolutely 100% dissatisfied and disappointed with your customer service. I will never shop with you again and will continue to belittle your company
