GBTERRIBLE!! If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. Where to start, rude welcoming and customer service sucks. Pressured me into buying their interlock. And then was told my install would take one hour, which I had to miss work for. ACTUALLY TOOK 4 HOURS!!. Install is to go directly to MVD in 2 days. Mine took a WEEK AND A HALF. The install person set the order request wrong. And I was given nothing in return for all of my struggles. Just an “ok”. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE TO ANYONE!

GBCollosians Chapter 3 Verse 23 Tawana went absolutely above and beyond to service my need. I understand a representative in this role sees every type of human this world has known and for her to give me a service I would call world class all while in the position I’m in; that is a work of someone who cares deeply. To find someone like her to deal with what I imagine her calls is like; is a stroke of gold. Thank you Tawana for making this a pleasant experience during my hard times. Truly, thank you.

GBI was holding off on writing a review… I was holding off on writing a review until after my installation appt. First off, scheduling with Tawana was by far the best experience I have encountered. She was kind, patient, understanding and provided me with so many options that suited my time and location. I couldn’t be more thankful and appreciative of her. For the installation itself, I was at the North Phoenix location and from start to finish was a breeze. The employees were kind and timely. We shared stories about our families while I waited and there zero judgement. Fingers crossed the duration of my period goes just as smoothly but thank you to all involved helping me get back on the road.

GBTawanas the best! Intoxalock is the worst. someone referred quick start and Tawana was super quick and helpful. She had me set up with an instal and got me the info direct. Awesome job thanks girl

GBThere was a lot of confusion about… There was a lot of confusion about pricing between QuickStart and the actual place that installed the gadget. On the phone with quick start customer service rep helped me to understand a lot. However numbers were different between the two. Also, quick start says to get the gadget recalibrated every 3 months but their 3rd party install partners are saying every month. I will say that every time I called the Quick start they answered and were very nice, knew who I was, and did their best! If quick start and their 3rd party partners were on the same page things would have been smoother with no problems at all.
