I have been a long time Quick Start Customer and as a direct result of my experience with Kiran this am I will be recommending Quick Start Life Safer to everyone in my recovery community that needs an interlock device. Her professionalism and efficiency was off the scale THE BEST EVER! If she is not already a supervisor she should be! Her methods on the phone were super efficient. GBTERRIBLE!! If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. Where to start, rude welcoming and customer service sucks. Pressured me into buying their interlock. And then was told my install would take one hour, which I had to miss work for. ACTUALLY TOOK 4 HOURS!!. Install is to go directly to MVD in 2 days. Mine took a WEEK AND A HALF. The install person set the order request wrong. And I was given nothing in return for all of my struggles. Just an “ok”. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE TO ANYONE!

Then yesterday I reached back out to her and she took the time to help me again and get me what I wanted price wise and location wise!!
