I can't get my license until getting this information. Only one that has it I can't get it from. *(Update)---- This review is specifically for Scarlett who called me not only once but twice right away. She is humanized this whole situation. North phx location jeff & chris have… North phx location jeff & chris have truly made all the difference in my world of breathalyzer and when i was down and felt like nothing could go right or i was doomed they made extra effort and worked with me when i didnt think i had anyone and made me really believe that Monotech really is a company that cares not just a Huge conglomerate that can not do anything or work with you. If you choose quick start choose this office! I halfway like people again because of them , thank you guys your kindness and Humility shows & is truly refreshing! -Trevin

I was holding off on writing a review… I was holding off on writing a review until after my installation appt. First off, scheduling with Tawana was by far the best experience I have encountered. She was kind, patient, understanding and provided me with so many options that suited my time and location. I couldn’t be more thankful and appreciative of her. For the installation itself, I was at the North Phoenix location and from start to finish was a breeze. The employees were kind and timely. We shared stories about our families while I waited and there zero judgement. Fingers crossed the duration of my period goes just as smoothly but thank you to all involved helping me get back on the road.

Tawanas the best! Intoxalock is the worst. someone referred quick start and Tawana was super quick and helpful. She had me set up with an instal and got me the info direct. Awesome job thanks girl

I have enjoyed my experiences As i have never dealt with interlock devices before I had alot of questions about functions and screen displays and there meanings I had asked Sonja to explain and she kindly demonstrated and helped me understand better. So helpful, and the other crew member were very friendly as well. I like the atmosphere and the vibes in there. The workers at Quick start in Tempe make a "not so fun' place into a comfortable environment.
