Come over to West PHX Interlock The West PHX location of QuickStart is pretty amazing! This team is easy and they take good care of the members. Even without an appointment they always squeeze me in, especially when I have issues (which happens). It pays to have the insurance plan because my device broke and they have replaced it for free. I would definitely recommend anyone who needs to get an Ignition Interlock Device to come here. Se habla español. ;)

North phx location jeff & chris have… North phx location jeff & chris have truly made all the difference in my world of breathalyzer and when i was down and felt like nothing could go right or i was doomed they made extra effort and worked with me when i didnt think i had anyone and made me really believe that Monotech really is a company that cares not just a Huge conglomerate that can not do anything or work with you. I went for the install! I went for the install at the Chsndler location both technician and front desk gentleman’s were very helpful. Explain the process in detail got the installation process and educational guide. They answered all my questions I had. Only problem was the customer service person gave me the wrong $amount that I should be paying so that was unexpected. Otherwise Everything else is good so far on my visit.

So my battery died because I live in… So my battery died because I live in Arizona and that happens often here and I got locked out of my device and they charged me $40 to unlock it. The guy at the counter tells me if I call customer service and sent them a receipt for the replacement battery they will credit my account. So today I called and spoke with Angela who was very condescending and informed me it’s my responsibility to make sure my battery is in good working order. I didn’t know Angela was a mechanic wow! I’m paying these people for a service which other companies provide. So I don’t understand why I’m being treated with such disrespect

Kiran…The Best REPRESENTATIVE EVER! Kiran is absolutely the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE REP I HAVE EVER HAD! I have been a long time Quick Start Customer and as a direct result of my experience with Kiran this am I will be recommending Quick Start Life Safer to everyone in my recovery community that needs an interlock device. Her professionalism and efficiency was off the scale THE BEST EVER! If she is not already a supervisor she should be! Her methods on the phone were super efficient. Her voice tones were compassionate yet professional. She started my morning off perfectly! Thank you Kiran for being so kind! It goes a long way!
