GBI am just trying to get a release form… I am just trying to get a release form that shows I had an interlock device for 2 years and taken off. I didn't know it would be impossible. I can't get my license until getting this information. Only one that has it I can't get it from. *(Update)---- This review is specifically for Scarlett who called me not only once but twice right away. She is humanized this whole situation. The company had a merge. I am assuming she is part of the new merge. Solely based on her professionalism and immediate response to resolve this situation after being at the end of my rope

GBCome over to West PHX Interlock The West PHX location of QuickStart is pretty amazing! This team is easy and they take good care of the members. Even without an appointment they always squeeze me in, especially when I have issues (which happens). It pays to have the insurance plan because my device broke and they have replaced it for free. I would definitely recommend anyone who needs to get an Ignition Interlock Device to come here. Se habla español. ;)

GBSonja’s Smile Well I can’t say I’m happy to have a breathalyzer in my car but I am happy with QuickStart Interlock. The entire staff in Tempe are awesome. I’ve unfortunately had mine going on 3 years now so they’re like family now. I happen to be from Philadelphia and I believe 2-3 of the employees are also from Philadelphia. My favorite staff member from day 1 has been Sonja. She gets the job done and does it with her beautiful smile. I appreciate the entire staff for being helpful and friendly every single time I come in. I’m excited to get the blower out of my car but sad I won’t be seeing the staff for my monthly visit. GBLow quality customer service Being locked out 2.5 days after install in 100+ degree weather and having to speak to someone who was less than empathetic about having my children in the vehicle while stranded due to a device violation that wasn't caused by me is the reason for the low rating. The device is there to prevent someone from breaking the law, not malfunction, inconvenience and potentially cause a heatstroke while waiting on a override code from someone who doesn't care if you start your vehicle or not. Why charge so much for equipment that doesn't work or isn't compatible with newer vehicles? Why blame the paying customer and assume it's something the customer did?

GBThere was a lot of confusion about… There was a lot of confusion about pricing between QuickStart and the actual place that installed the gadget. On the phone with quick start customer service rep helped me to understand a lot. However numbers were different between the two. Also, quick start says to get the gadget recalibrated every 3 months but their 3rd party install partners are saying every month. I will say that every time I called the Quick start they answered and were very nice, knew who I was, and did their best! If quick start and their 3rd party partners were on the same page things would have been smoother with no problems at all.
