GBI was holding off on writing a review… I was holding off on writing a review until after my installation appt. First off, scheduling with Tawana was by far the best experience I have encountered. She was kind, patient, understanding and provided me with so many options that suited my time and location. I couldn’t be more thankful and appreciative of her. For the installation itself, I was at the North Phoenix location and from start to finish was a breeze. The employees were kind and timely. We shared stories about our families while I waited and there zero judgement. Fingers crossed the duration of my period goes just as smoothly but thank you to all involved helping me get back on the road.

GBSo my battery died because I live in… So my battery died because I live in Arizona and that happens often here and I got locked out of my device and they charged me $40 to unlock it. The guy at the counter tells me if I call customer service and sent them a receipt for the replacement battery they will credit my account. So today I called and spoke with Angela who was very condescending and informed me it’s my responsibility to make sure my battery is in good working order. I didn’t know Angela was a mechanic wow! I’m paying these people for a service which other companies provide. So I don’t understand why I’m being treated with such disrespect

GBI am just trying to get a release form… I am just trying to get a release form that shows I had an interlock device for 2 years and taken off. I didn't know it would be impossible. I can't get my license until getting this information. Only one that has it I can't get it from. *(Update)---- This review is specifically for Scarlett who called me not only once but twice right away. She is humanized this whole situation. The company had a merge. I am assuming she is part of the new merge. Solely based on her professionalism and immediate response to resolve this situation after being at the end of my rope

GBI made my decision to work with Quick Start after carefully studying all competition! I was shopping for competitive pricing for my required State interlock device. I spoke with Hyrum, who went out of his way to be helpful. Hyrum did three important things for me besides gaining my business. 1- He was patient with my speech pattern and my numerous questions. 2-He was generous with his time, and made me feel that my potential business was of value. 3- He represented his office, "Quick Start" in a completely professional manner, which inspired confidence in me. He is responsible for my decision to work with Quick Start.

GBCollosians Chapter 3 Verse 23 Tawana went absolutely above and beyond to service my need. I understand a representative in this role sees every type of human this world has known and for her to give me a service I would call world class all while in the position I’m in; that is a work of someone who cares deeply. To find someone like her to deal with what I imagine her calls is like; is a stroke of gold. Thank you Tawana for making this a pleasant experience during my hard times. Truly, thank you.
