I made my decision to work with Quick Start after carefully studying all competition! I was shopping for competitive pricing for my required State interlock device. I spoke with Hyrum, who went out of his way to be helpful. Hyrum did three important things for me besides gaining my business. 1- He was patient with my speech pattern and my numerous questions. 2-He was generous with his time, and made me feel that my potential business was of value. 3- He represented his office, "Quick Start" in a completely professional manner, which inspired confidence in me. He is responsible for my decision to work with Quick Start.

Kiran…The Best REPRESENTATIVE EVER! Kiran is absolutely the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE REP I HAVE EVER HAD! I have been a long time Quick Start Customer and as a direct result of my experience with Kiran this am I will be recommending Quick Start Life Safer to everyone in my recovery community that needs an interlock device. Her professionalism and efficiency was off the scale THE BEST EVER! If she is not already a supervisor she should be! Her methods on the phone were super efficient. Her voice tones were compassionate yet professional. She started my morning off perfectly! Thank you Kiran for being so kind! It goes a long way!

TERRIBLE!! If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. Where to start, rude welcoming and customer service sucks. Pressured me into buying their interlock. And then was told my install would take one hour, which I had to miss work for. ACTUALLY TOOK 4 HOURS!!. Install is to go directly to MVD in 2 days. Mine took a WEEK AND A HALF. The install person set the order request wrong. And I was given nothing in return for all of my struggles. Just an “ok”. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE TO ANYONE!

I have enjoyed my experiences As i have never dealt with interlock devices before I had alot of questions about functions and screen displays and there meanings I had asked Sonja to explain and she kindly demonstrated and helped me understand better. So helpful, and the other crew member were very friendly as well. I like the atmosphere and the vibes in there. The workers at Quick start in Tempe make a "not so fun' place into a comfortable environment.

I am just trying to get a release form… I am just trying to get a release form that shows I had an interlock device for 2 years and taken off. I didn't know it would be impossible. I can't get my license until getting this information. Only one that has it I can't get it from. *(Update)---- This review is specifically for Scarlett who called me not only once but twice right away. She is humanized this whole situation. The company had a merge. I am assuming she is part of the new merge. Solely based on her professionalism and immediate response to resolve this situation after being at the end of my rope
