GBTERRIBLE!! If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. Where to start, rude welcoming and customer service sucks. Pressured me into buying their interlock. And then was told my install would take one hour, which I had to miss work for. ACTUALLY TOOK 4 HOURS!!. Install is to go directly to MVD in 2 days. Mine took a WEEK AND A HALF. The install person set the order request wrong. And I was given nothing in return for all of my struggles. Just an “ok”. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE TO ANYONE!

GBKiran…The Best REPRESENTATIVE EVER! Kiran is absolutely the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE REP I HAVE EVER HAD! I have been a long time Quick Start Customer and as a direct result of my experience with Kiran this am I will be recommending Quick Start Life Safer to everyone in my recovery community that needs an interlock device. Her professionalism and efficiency was off the scale THE BEST EVER! If she is not already a supervisor she should be! Her methods on the phone were super efficient. Her voice tones were compassionate yet professional. She started my morning off perfectly! Thank you Kiran for being so kind! It goes a long way!

GBCome over to West PHX Interlock The West PHX location of QuickStart is pretty amazing! This team is easy and they take good care of the members. Even without an appointment they always squeeze me in, especially when I have issues (which happens). It pays to have the insurance plan because my device broke and they have replaced it for free. I would definitely recommend anyone who needs to get an Ignition Interlock Device to come here. Se habla español. ;)

GBBernadette Clements was totally… Bernadette Clements was totally helpful! Some of the other customer reps were very misleading or just plain unhelpful. Bernadette had a very clear speaking voice and seemed she knew exactly what i needed. She would make a great teacher for some of the other customer reps. Also a shout out to the Scottsdale Team @ Kerry's Airpark Auto Service. they were fast, efficient, and most helpful

GBLow quality customer service Being locked out 2.5 days after install in 100+ degree weather and having to speak to someone who was less than empathetic about having my children in the vehicle while stranded due to a device violation that wasn't caused by me is the reason for the low rating. The device is there to prevent someone from breaking the law, not malfunction, inconvenience and potentially cause a heatstroke while waiting on a override code from someone who doesn't care if you start your vehicle or not. Why charge so much for equipment that doesn't work or isn't compatible with newer vehicles? Why blame the paying customer and assume it's something the customer did?
