GBCome over to West PHX Interlock The West PHX location of QuickStart is pretty amazing! This team is easy and they take good care of the members. Even without an appointment they always squeeze me in, especially when I have issues (which happens). It pays to have the insurance plan because my device broke and they have replaced it for free. I would definitely recommend anyone who needs to get an Ignition Interlock Device to come here. Se habla español. ;)

GBI have enjoyed my experiences As i have never dealt with interlock devices before I had alot of questions about functions and screen displays and there meanings I had asked Sonja to explain and she kindly demonstrated and helped me understand better. So helpful, and the other crew member were very friendly as well. I like the atmosphere and the vibes in there. The workers at Quick start in Tempe make a "not so fun' place into a comfortable environment.

GBTawana w/Quick Start is amazing she at… Tawana w/Quick Start is amazing she at first helped me with information months back. Then yesterday I reached back out to her and she took the time to help me again and get me what I wanted price wise and location wise!! Tawana made feel like family I enjoyed her customer service and personality once again thank you Tawana!!!!!!

GBNorth phx location jeff & chris have… North phx location jeff & chris have truly made all the difference in my world of breathalyzer and when i was down and felt like nothing could go right or i was doomed they made extra effort and worked with me when i didnt think i had anyone and made me really believe that Monotech really is a company that cares not just a Huge conglomerate that can not do anything or work with you. If you choose quick start choose this office! I halfway like people again because of them , thank you guys your kindness and Humility shows & is truly refreshing! -Trevin

GBSo my battery died because I live in… So my battery died because I live in Arizona and that happens often here and I got locked out of my device and they charged me $40 to unlock it. The guy at the counter tells me if I call customer service and sent them a receipt for the replacement battery they will credit my account. So today I called and spoke with Angela who was very condescending and informed me it’s my responsibility to make sure my battery is in good working order. I didn’t know Angela was a mechanic wow! I’m paying these people for a service which other companies provide. So I don’t understand why I’m being treated with such disrespect
