GBI was holding off on writing a review… I was holding off on writing a review until after my installation appt. First off, scheduling with Tawana was by far the best experience I have encountered. She was kind, patient, understanding and provided me with so many options that suited my time and location. I couldn’t be more thankful and appreciative of her. For the installation itself, I was at the North Phoenix location and from start to finish was a breeze. The employees were kind and timely. We shared stories about our families while I waited and there zero judgement. Fingers crossed the duration of my period goes just as smoothly but thank you to all involved helping me get back on the road.

GBBernadette Clements was totally… Bernadette Clements was totally helpful! Some of the other customer reps were very misleading or just plain unhelpful. Bernadette had a very clear speaking voice and seemed she knew exactly what i needed. She would make a great teacher for some of the other customer reps. Also a shout out to the Scottsdale Team @ Kerry's Airpark Auto Service. they were fast, efficient, and most helpful

GBThe staff here is amazing! The staff here is amazing. They really go over and beyond to walk you through this whole process and understand that life happens. I'm extremely grateful that I chose to go with this company. Their compassion alone says enough! My best advice is don't drink and drive but if you happen to find yourself in this situation I can't recommend this company enough!

GBSo my battery died because I live in… So my battery died because I live in Arizona and that happens often here and I got locked out of my device and they charged me $40 to unlock it. The guy at the counter tells me if I call customer service and sent them a receipt for the replacement battery they will credit my account. So today I called and spoke with Angela who was very condescending and informed me it’s my responsibility to make sure my battery is in good working order. I didn’t know Angela was a mechanic wow! I’m paying these people for a service which other companies provide. So I don’t understand why I’m being treated with such disrespect

GBI went for the install! I went for the install at the Chsndler location both technician and front desk gentleman’s were very helpful. Explain the process in detail got the installation process and educational guide. They answered all my questions I had. Only problem was the customer service person gave me the wrong $amount that I should be paying so that was unexpected. Otherwise Everything else is good so far on my visit.
