Lots of good experiences over many years I've used Upwork for many years for all kinds of projects and it really is pretty good. Perhaps if you are having trouble with your projects perhaps it is because you are picking the wrong clients or freelancers? ...that isn't really Upwork's fault. I will say Upwork login/password procedures are quite awkward. More than any other website I have used I have had password issues. The issue when resetting password it asks you to verify in app ...which is no good if you are not logged into the app. Extremely frustrating

They also sneakily get you to sign up to there dreadful service and its impossible to find out how to stop the subscription. All automated CS no one interest and couldn't give a damn. its impossible to navigate to their… its impossible to navigate to their website....whoever build their UX was a drunk monkey on steroids. You cant find talent here even if you try. They also dont let you contact the person you want to hire since they KNOW that at first question, anybody will notice that talent dosent have a clue about what he is talking about.

tl;dr Upwork simply dont. tl;dr Upwork simply dont. Upwork is a very bad place to work with clients. I tried to offer severl projects. As soon as one project was accepted by a freelancer the site suspended my profile. Support is not helping at all. Their responses are not related to the issue. Verification process is failing for unknown reasons, no feedback. Tickets are marked as solved without being. Communication with freelancer who started with the project is not possible, as they Upwork denies any communication. Long story short, i went to another site which is much better.

Suspension for no reason!! I have urgent work and my account got suspended multiple times for no reason. I literally did nothing to get my account suspended! And now they don't even respond to me. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.
