Backordered at BAK and lost by FedEx but finally received It took a couple of weeks for the cover to become available due to a back order at BAK. Once that was settled, the cover was shipped right away via FedEx. FedEx admitted they lost the cover half way to my destination somewhere in Ohio. I got in touch with tonneaucovered.com and they tracked it down and it was delivered that week!

Fantastic Company, fantastic prices Was a little apprehensive because of the "call is for a price" way of doing business. But I texted them, they sent me a price for the tonneau cover I wanted and it was $300 cheaper than I had been quoted or found on other sites. It also had free shipping and no sales tax outside Arizona. So, long story short, I bought a Retrax bed cover from them. It arrived within a week bia FedEx and I installed it in about 35 minutes. Everything was great from the price, to the customer service, to the constant order updates and the cover arrived in perfect condition. Super happy.

I purchased Amp Research Extreme power… I purchased Amp Research Extreme power steps and a Retrax Pro MX tonneau cover for my 2022 Chevy 2500 HD pickup from TonneauCovered.com. Except for the common inventory delay of a few weeks and a following shipping issue that was no fault of TonneauCovered, everything went smoothly. Shaun does a great job personally answering any questions and Katleen follows through keeping you abreast of any other concerns you may have. Good service is hard to find and they do a great job of it. In addition, I saved about $300 and the products are top notch. I am a very satisfied customer and would do business with them again.

Yes that’s correct the guy started screaming at me on the phone and insulting my person for THEIR screw up! He threatened me with 20% restocking fee ! I ended up getting dispute with cc and got my money back but it was one of the worst experience! Purchased my tonneau cover at different vendor!

Issues after installing cover Ordered a cover, received it, package very well. Installed and immediately noticed a gap and folds in rubber molding. Contacted customer service, sent pictures and after two emails, they said they would be sending me a replacement. At this point very satisfied with the way they are taking care of the issues. Defect occur, the way they are handled make the company, and thus far it is perfectly acceptable.
