USBackordered at BAK and lost by FedEx but finally received It took a couple of weeks for the cover to become available due to a back order at BAK. Once that was settled, the cover was shipped right away via FedEx. FedEx admitted they lost the cover half way to my destination somewhere in Ohio. I got in touch with tonneaucovered.com and they tracked it down and it was delivered that week!

Now I know why they have great customer reviews!!I’ve never experienced the degree of excellent customer service that was provided by Peter. We traded emails that he answered promptly. I had a few questions that were not only answered promptly but they also provided additional assistance for installation of the power side steps I ordered. This was an awesome experience and I cant wait to order something else from them in the future!! I highly recommend them!!!

USBuyer beware You may get a low price but you will get ZERO support if your product comes in wrong or damaged. They immediately throw up their hands and send you to the manufacturer. I ordered a Retrax PowertTraxPRO. The cover came in bent and oversized. After speaking with their "customer service", he had me take dozens of photos only to say call retrax... Retrax asked 3 questions and sent the replacement. After expressing my concern to Peter at TonneausCovered, I was told to shop local. Won't be doing business with them again.

USHorrible experience with this company! Horrible experience with this company! Send me wrong part and when I canceled other order out of my frustration I was called by Shaun POS! Yes that’s correct the guy started screaming at me on the phone and insulting my person for THEIR screw up! He threatened me with 20% restocking fee ! I ended up getting dispute with cc and got my money back but it was one of the worst experience! Purchased my tonneau cover at different vendor!
