USSuper Fast Delivery Ordered Tuesday, arrived Wednesday, installed Friday. Fairly east install, about 4 hours. They work perfect. I gained a full 5" more drop from my factory AT4 boards. Makes entering and exiting the vehicle like it ought to be. Easy process on ordering. Wished I did it 6 months ago. Thanks.

USBest Place to Purchase a Tonneau Cover - Hands Down I had a great experience with TonneauCovered. I worked with Peter, who was patient and helpful, as well as quick to answer my million questions. He helped me navigate differences between similar covers I was considering, and ultimately helped me quickly place my order. The pricing cannot be beat. I paid $200 less all said and done than I would have anywhere else. When I got my cover, there was damage to the rail from shipping. Kathleen and the support staff helped me quickly file a claim and within 48 hours they were able to schedule a completely new cover to be sent to me. They also provided easy-to-follow instructions for how to handle the damaged cover. I would absolutely purchase from them again!

USI've read some reviews about packages… I've read some reviews about packages being late, getting lost, not being in stock, and I just gotta say the while team that has been helping me (Amy,JC,Peter,Etc) have been outstanding. They were quick, they were clear when an item was out of stock and whether or not they could get the product I wanted (RetraxPro XR) and once they located one the cover was here within a week. I must have asked for a quote about 5 or 6 times and each time they helped and provided some of the best customer service I've experienced (worked retail 7+ years). I had questions during my install and they responded promptly during business hours and helped me through it. 10/10 will buy from them again if I get a new truck that needs a cover, or just any other accessories they provide.

USIssues after installing cover Ordered a cover, received it, package very well. Installed and immediately noticed a gap and folds in rubber molding. Contacted customer service, sent pictures and after two emails, they said they would be sending me a replacement. At this point very satisfied with the way they are taking care of the issues. Defect occur, the way they are handled make the company, and thus far it is perfectly acceptable.

Both the Back Flip & Weathertec bed protector were the only 2 items I needed but I could be interested in other products except the parts catalog you sent me would not open. Should I see something else that catches my eye, I may purchase additional items from your business. I talked to JC Desor & he was able to get the bed protector I wanted very quickly with no problems. Over all, I’m very satisfied working with your company.
