GBI was very satisfied with the work … on my 350Z. I was very satisfied with the work performed by Cottman of Durham. Jody was very professional and provided clear and detailed information regarding the work (valve body replacement) to be done. Throughout the process, Jody called and share updates/changes along the way. Everything happened in the manner and timeframe in which Jody described when diagnosing and completing the work to be performed. This work was completed a couple of weeks of ago and my car continues to perform well. Unfortunately, Jody was assigned to another store out of town when my car was ready to be picked up. The employee facilitating the return of my car had an odd-ball character, could not share definitive information concerning the warranty and, vehemently questioned why I was concerned about the warranty. Really? When Jody became aware of this awkward situation, he contacted me the very next day and apologized for the employee's behavior and made sure all my questions about the the warranty were addressed and any other questions were answered.

GBI went with Cottman because of the … I went with Cottman because of the experience my father in law had with them. They came and picked up my vehicle checked it out and called me with their findings the next day. Sent me the quote via email for my approval and had my van ready the following day. Yes I would recommend Cottman to any and all my family and friends.

GBWho says there's no honesty and integrity anymore?!? The manager, Jody, at Cottman Transmission of Durham, was very professional and kind! He explained the issues with my transmission, and even took me into the shop to visualize the problems. He recommended rebuilding the transmission, and not to go ahead with the transmission oil and filter change. He did not charge me anything, even though, they had to add a quart and a half of transmission fluid before they could take it for a test drive. I commend them all for their honesty and helpfulness during my first visit to their shop! Thank you and I will definitely be back when I have the funds available for the transmission rebuild!
