GBCar was "checked out" and the only … Car was "checked out" and the only information I was given was they would charge Just short of $500 to take tranny out/in. No info on possible problem or cost. I spent 30 minutes on internet and found all the info on problem with car and solutions to fix it. Plus a sizeable amount of change was taken out of the arm rest console. Overall not happy at all

GBHONESTY, SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT My name is Jacob and although I didn't actually have any work done to my truck I did have a very honest conversation with Jody about my 8 speed transmission for my 2016 ram 1500.Jody was very well informed about my transmission and explained a lot to me about it.He was extremely honest about my situation and in the end recommended me to NOT get any work done at all!! In my opinion that is the definition of honesty. I would have never known the difference unless he told me. Simply because of that I highly recommend this shop to anyone.

GBDifficult Problem to Solve I took my car in with a problem that seemed to defy explanation. Susan was wonderful about hanging in there and continuing to work on solving the problem. She kept me constantly informed about the issue. It did take some time to solve the problem, but she did not give up.
