USWho says there's no honesty and integrity anymore?!? The manager, Jody, at Cottman Transmission of Durham, was very professional and kind! He explained the issues with my transmission, and even took me into the shop to visualize the problems. He recommended rebuilding the transmission, and not to go ahead with the transmission oil and filter change. He did not charge me anything, even though, they had to add a quart and a half of transmission fluid before they could take it for a test drive. I commend them all for their honesty and helpfulness during my first visit to their shop! Thank you and I will definitely be back when I have the funds available for the transmission rebuild! USPut a transmission in August 2017 and… Put a transmission in August 2017 and have gone back 4 times due to transmission leaking and not performing sufficiently. This last time the GM was at the store and I told him what was going on. He told me the core was not working correctly and we started at the beginning. The GM said that he would start my warranty over for another year. I really appreciated that from him. His name is Jody and he was in the Durham store. Thanks a lot Jody for your help and patience.
