GBThe way car care should be The way car care should be! Jody and the folks at Cottman were professional and a representation of how to conduct a customer focused business. They explained what was and was not wrong with my older vehicle. They offered suggestions about the next steps to remedy my car problems and when I should revisit Cottman. Being able to trust what a professional says is important to me, and I not only trust the folks at Cottman but respect the way that they treat their customers. I will gladly bring my car back to Cottman because I am confident that I will be treated right.

GBI was very satisfied with the work … on my 350Z. I was very satisfied with the work performed by Cottman of Durham. Jody was very professional and provided clear and detailed information regarding the work (valve body replacement) to be done. Throughout the process, Jody called and share updates/changes along the way. Everything happened in the manner and timeframe in which Jody described when diagnosing and completing the work to be performed. This work was completed a couple of weeks of ago and my car continues to perform well. Unfortunately, Jody was assigned to another store out of town when my car was ready to be picked up. The employee facilitating the return of my car had an odd-ball character, could not share definitive information concerning the warranty and, vehemently questioned why I was concerned about the warranty. Really? When Jody became aware of this awkward situation, he contacted me the very next day and apologized for the employee's behavior and made sure all my questions about the the warranty were addressed and any other questions were answered.

GBCar was "checked out" and the only … Car was "checked out" and the only information I was given was they would charge Just short of $500 to take tranny out/in. No info on possible problem or cost. I spent 30 minutes on internet and found all the info on problem with car and solutions to fix it. Plus a sizeable amount of change was taken out of the arm rest console. Overall not happy at all
