Trip to Vermont We had a very nice bus, and nice competent driver. Minor minuses: inability to plug in earphones when watching a movie on bus' monitors, and lack of drink-holders at each seat.

I was lucky enough to be paired with Dawn who was punctual, exercised good discretion while driving (she knew the fastest way to get us to our location) and went above and beyond in making sure our group was taken cared of and everyone was satisfied. If ever I am in DC again, I would like to work with her.

I work with Andrea Georghiou when… I work with Andrea Georghiou when booking many buses with Academy ~ She is consistent and always willing to help and she be commended on her professionalism. We always Request Maggie Maleck, not only does she know our members but she is very kind hearted to our older members. We bring a small cooler of bottled water and a bag of assorted candies, as we return to the bus Maggie is already handed out the goodies before I even make to the bus. Our Academy loves Academy… The bus arrived on time at every location. The bus was clean and comfortable and the ride was smooth. Our driver, Audi, was professional, courteous and pleasant. We were able to communicate well during the ride and he showed great patience as we determined the exact location of our first stop. Our dealings with Bridgette when booking the trip were quick, clear and professional as well.

Bus driver was very poor The experience prior to day of was great. Very responsive and flexible in booking and planning. the driver however was very unresponsive. First he took everyone to Brooklyn NOT Manhatten and then did not want to bring everyone to Manhatten. Planner had to argue with him. Also for pickup he just picked another location a couple of blocks away because "it was better and he did not want to drive to the other location". Very frustrating.
