Due to price, i purchased my SMI Stay N Play Duo braking system from a nationwide retailer (due to price) what a mistake. They took my $1000+ within minutes and did not ship my in stock item for 20 days. Never again.Other Blue Ox components required to complete the installation were purchased from Hitch Source.

no longer available but in stock? Made my order, payed for my order, waited for shipping info, found out the product was no longer available. How do you report in stock, sell and charge for a product that is not even produced any more? Money was eventually refunded but...

Our transaction went well We needed the plat forms for our camper tiedowns, we had trouble finding them until we found the website. Our transaction went well once we found out where to go to make the purchase. We actually called Tork-lift and the gentleman ordered it for us. He was very helpful and friendly and ordering was a snap! They were easy to install as the directions had indicated.

When I purchased items (10/1/2020) When I purchased items (10/1/2020), they were backordered. Heard nothing until I called HitchSource (10/16/2020). Customer service was steller, got right back to me and said manufacturer would ship following week, they did on 10/22/2020. Can't fault HitchSource because manufacturer backorders items.
