HitchSource came through, however … This is a difficult time to order anything related to outdoor recreation. I went through several weeks of not being able to get my hitch. HitchSource came through! Yay! However, I do have some issues. They don't answer their email or their voice mail and all they'll tell you is that a shipping label has been created, not that it has shipped — which is exactly what you hear from a retailer who doesn't have inventory and can't get inventory and can't get a response from the drop ship distributor. They all drop ship. In my experience, I thought I'd moved on to the next loser. Then the hitch showed up. Surprise!

Fabulous hitch This hitch is so sturdy and pretty easy to put together. We loaded up our tandem for a very long trip over 4 wheel drive roads. I am so impressed. I also asked a question for customer support and they responded immediately. This company is one of the few that feel that good customer service is a priority.

I highly recommend this place I highly recommend this place. They are great. I had questions and they responded immediately. I also wanted to know where my package was they searched and responded immediately. I will continue to use them for any needs my husband may have with there merchandise. Ordered a hitch that was said to be… Ordered a hitch that was said to be delivered in approximately 1 week, I called after 2 weeks and was told that the hitch had not even shipped and in fact wasn't even in stock and they weren't sure when they would be able to ship. I understand there are sometimes some inventory issues, but the fact that 2 weeks had gone by amd noone even tried to reach out to let me know was very frustrating. I cancelled my order.
