GBToby was a great help finding the parts… Toby was a great help finding the parts that I needed and the prices were excellent. He explained that one of the parts was backorder but I ordered it anyway. I found the part available elsewhere, and since my trip is quickly approaching, I canceled the order. My refund was issued the next morning. Great company , prices and employees!

GBWhen I purchased items (10/1/2020) When I purchased items (10/1/2020), they were backordered. Heard nothing until I called HitchSource (10/16/2020). Customer service was steller, got right back to me and said manufacturer would ship following week, they did on 10/22/2020. Can't fault HitchSource because manufacturer backorders items.

GBHitchSource came through, however … This is a difficult time to order anything related to outdoor recreation. I went through several weeks of not being able to get my hitch. HitchSource came through! Yay! However, I do have some issues. They don't answer their email or their voice mail and all they'll tell you is that a shipping label has been created, not that it has shipped — which is exactly what you hear from a retailer who doesn't have inventory and can't get inventory and can't get a response from the drop ship distributor. They all drop ship. In my experience, I thought I'd moved on to the next loser. Then the hitch showed up. Surprise!

GBRemco/Drive line disconnect for my 2001 Tacoma Dbl Cab 4X4 I had a really hard time finding a Remco/Superior drive line disconnect kit. I called all over the country. Hitchsource in Oregon was able to get one shipped to me. Thank You -Toby- for putting this together. He was able to contact the manufacturer and have one made for my 2001 Tacoma 4X4 Dbl Cab.
