I highly recommend this place I highly recommend this place. They are great. I had questions and they responded immediately. I also wanted to know where my package was they searched and responded immediately. I will continue to use them for any needs my husband may have with there merchandise. Charging my credit card before the… Charging my credit card before the hitch was available from the distributor was a bonehead move which wasted a lot of everyone's time. Especially as the email response to the back order notification canceling the order was ignored. Adding each email address to the direct mail list is a poorly informed plan which just generates poor will. There are better ways to run an ecommmerce business.

Poor business practices I ordered a Roadmaster Hitch Mounted Spare tire Carrier in October. Now I received that it was not in stock after all and delivery was to be expected sometime in February 2022. Now it's not HitchSourse fault that Roadmaster didn't have it in stock. But first I was let to believe it was in stock. Then the full amount was charged to my credit card.
