HitchSource came through, however … This is a difficult time to order anything related to outdoor recreation. I went through several weeks of not being able to get my hitch. HitchSource came through! Yay! However, I do have some issues. They don't answer their email or their voice mail and all they'll tell you is that a shipping label has been created, not that it has shipped — which is exactly what you hear from a retailer who doesn't have inventory and can't get inventory and can't get a response from the drop ship distributor. They all drop ship. In my experience, I thought I'd moved on to the next loser. Then the hitch showed up. Surprise!

I highly recommend this place I highly recommend this place. They are great. I had questions and they responded immediately. I also wanted to know where my package was they searched and responded immediately. I will continue to use them for any needs my husband may have with there merchandise. I can’t believe how quickly I received… I can’t believe how quickly I received it. Everything needed for the baseplate install and electrical wiring was packed in a separate box, baseplate and tow bar each in another box, now all I need is the RV back from service! Great job!!
