The service was good however the cost… The service was good however the cost of shipping was ridiculous! To pay over $50 for a single article approx 7”x3” is exorbitant. You should advise cost of shipment prior to accepting payment. I would have been happy to have it shipped by sea or a more reasonable method.

560SL rebuilt cylinder heads The process of ordering the cylinder heads was easy, however it took over a month for them to be delivered. I had to call many times and customer service could not get a straight answer from the machine shop so it caused much frustration for me and the customer service staff. However once the heads arrived my mechanic told me that they were excellently rebuilt. Never had any issues with my other orders though. Joe is the manager and always tries to keep customers happy. Besides this delay I am very happy with Adsitco. They also stock quality hard to find parts.

you should advise shipping cost during… you should advise shipping cost during the cost process not surprise everyone after the fact with a shipping charge....better yet offer items with no shipping charges during promotions or coupons ....it helps to know the shipping cost when you order...thanks w hudson

Purchase of Mercedes convertible top Upfront, I must say that I have not yet unfolded the product (convertible top) although it appears to be excellently packaged. I have been a customer of Adsit Co. since 1997 and have always been completely satisfied with both their products and their service. Ordering and finding products on the adsitco.com website has always been easy and efficient. I highly recommend this company for Mercedes parts.

Did not receive a tracking number until… Did not receive a tracking number until I called. Delivery was slower than it needed to be. Representive got upset when I told him delivery needed to improve. Service can't improve until feedback is accepted and acted on without people getting upset. Poor attitude, wanted to argue with me. Doubt that I will order again.
