When i got to the tire shop for mounting I was informed that the front wheels were rubbing the rotors upon calling Adsitco they said they could send my out a second set with a different offset, which would mean i would have to pay for a second mount of my wheels. I would have expected sone consideration for my inconvenience. I had to have my rotors modified to make wheels work. If you have a 95 S420 get the deeper inset and save your self the added expense. Part shipped is a Chinese knock off… Part shipped is a Chinese knock off which has been documented on Mercedes sites to malfunction. Price of this imitation part is $27.00 on sites like Autowarehause. The genuine Mercedes part has been recently remanufactured by Mercedes and sells for $109.00. Adsitco charges $100 for this imitation part. When I called customer service, they told me Adsitco never publishes manufacturers names on part listing, which confuses me with all of the ‘genuine’ Mercedes references on their web site. I had sent a email to customer service asking the to confirm part was Bosche, and go no reply.

560SL rebuilt cylinder heads The process of ordering the cylinder heads was easy, however it took over a month for them to be delivered. I had to call many times and customer service could not get a straight answer from the machine shop so it caused much frustration for me and the customer service staff. However once the heads arrived my mechanic told me that they were excellently rebuilt. Never had any issues with my other orders though. Joe is the manager and always tries to keep customers happy. Besides this delay I am very happy with Adsitco. They also stock quality hard to find parts.

Not what I expected in a lot of negative ways They have no way to track orders online. When a week goes by and you call to find out where your order is they tell you they mailed it. When you call a week later they go and get a tracking number for a package that hasn't even been sent. The item ordered does not come from them but an individual you never heard of. I'm just happy I will never have to deal with this company again as I am selling my MB. (I had a similar experience previously with another MB when I ordered the solid rear brake line. They sent the wrong part and then expected me to pay again for the right part!) If they weren't the only company with the part I needed (lots of individuals had the part for sale) but thought I was dealing with a reputable company.
