GBYou guys suck I ordered a part 3 weeks ago and it has still not shipped. I have called 3 times and always get the run around “the part is being shipped soon” still waiting for my call back when they said “I’m going to check the warehouse and call you back” you guys have a lot of nerve with the fact that you guys have sent me 2 emails asking me to review your company when you haven’t even shipped my item. I found the part on another site for a little bit more $ should have just paid more money for better customer service

GBYou don’t get what you pay for. Ordered a part. Website stated shipping would be advised later. Several days go by, no advice. Wondering where my order is, 1 week later I called the company. Gentleman advises parts are scheduled to be shipped next day and shipping cost yet to be advised. One week later, same gentleman calls to say the part is no longer available. Tells me the part has not been available for over a year. Not sure how that is supposed to make me feel better? Part remains advertised on website. No apology from rep. Still awaiting refund. What an unprofessional bunch.

GBThe electric hardtop hoist works great The electric hardtop hoist works great. I did have to download the manual for the electric winch as the instructions only referenced a manual winch. It is still a two person job removing the top and placing it in its storage rack, but no one has to do any heavy lifting. For some reason, that SL500 hardtop gets heavier every year.

GBDid not receive a tracking number until… Did not receive a tracking number until I called. Delivery was slower than it needed to be. Representive got upset when I told him delivery needed to improve. Service can't improve until feedback is accepted and acted on without people getting upset. Poor attitude, wanted to argue with me. Doubt that I will order again.

AUThe service was good however the cost… The service was good however the cost of shipping was ridiculous! To pay over $50 for a single article approx 7”x3” is exorbitant. You should advise cost of shipment prior to accepting payment. I would have been happy to have it shipped by sea or a more reasonable method.
