You guys suck I ordered a part 3 weeks ago and it has still not shipped. I have called 3 times and always get the run around “the part is being shipped soon” still waiting for my call back when they said “I’m going to check the warehouse and call you back” you guys have a lot of nerve with the fact that you guys have sent me 2 emails asking me to review your company when you haven’t even shipped my item. I found the part on another site for a little bit more $ should have just paid more money for better customer service

Got an hard top electric hoist for a… Got an hard top electric hoist for a fair amount of money. My expectations were that is a well designed working well system. Unfortunately looks more like a backyard put together kit . The fairlead of the winch I ve got was well used, the pulleys were the wrong type for this application , could not be used being the closed type.. Stay away!

Few years ago I would have rated you a… Few years ago I would have rated you a 1 based on packing technique and the following lack of customer service. I had ordered set of OEM floor mats and when they were shipped they were rolled bottom in allowing the foam to strech and pull away from the mat. Contacted customer service and informed them however they were not willing to replace. I had to remove the foam and be content. I have not ordered from them since until now. New order came as promised without packing flaws. Hi

i have always had very good service and… i have always had very good service and quality products from Adsit but had this one incident of packaging my order; it was a foam hood pad that should have been rolled on a core, boxed and shipped, lI pay for shipping but it wasn't it was folded into a quite small box which caused creasing. I flattened it for 9 days with weight on it to regain most of the flatness and installed the pad. I also found the same Hood Pad on two other web sites for considerably less cost, actually 2/3 less! I contacted Adsit about the packaging which they said they would address.
