Good communication regarding getting… Good communication regarding getting proper fitment for part ordered. after part was ordered, communication fell off and shipping was delayed due to difficulty locating part (info per Adsit). Upon request shipping date and tracking number provided and reason for delay. Not Adsit's fault, but UPS destroyed the box that part was shipped in. Box was marked handle with care and these labels were also damaged.

Never Again Ordered a "windshield seal" for my 1988 Mercedes 420SEL after calling them to confirm it was what was shown on the adsit website – the rubber seal for the front windshield, just below the wipers. Joe told me it was a comlete set, sealing the whole windshield. I received a "Einglasung Set" containing mainly adhesives. I feel misled at the tune of CDN $ 300, exchange rate, shipping and customs.

THE GOOD GUYS The product that was ordered came on time, in pristine condition, as promised. I will order from this company FIRST before dealing with so called competition. I received an email notifying me when the product would arrive. Great follow up, very rare today. DN, CPA

i have always had very good service and… i have always had very good service and quality products from Adsit but had this one incident of packaging my order; it was a foam hood pad that should have been rolled on a core, boxed and shipped, lI pay for shipping but it wasn't it was folded into a quite small box which caused creasing. I flattened it for 9 days with weight on it to regain most of the flatness and installed the pad. I also found the same Hood Pad on two other web sites for considerably less cost, actually 2/3 less! I contacted Adsit about the packaging which they said they would address.

560SL rebuilt cylinder heads The process of ordering the cylinder heads was easy, however it took over a month for them to be delivered. I had to call many times and customer service could not get a straight answer from the machine shop so it caused much frustration for me and the customer service staff. However once the heads arrived my mechanic told me that they were excellently rebuilt. Never had any issues with my other orders though. Joe is the manager and always tries to keep customers happy. Besides this delay I am very happy with Adsitco. They also stock quality hard to find parts.
