i have always had very good service and… i have always had very good service and quality products from Adsit but had this one incident of packaging my order; it was a foam hood pad that should have been rolled on a core, boxed and shipped, lI pay for shipping but it wasn't it was folded into a quite small box which caused creasing. I flattened it for 9 days with weight on it to regain most of the flatness and installed the pad. I also found the same Hood Pad on two other web sites for considerably less cost, actually 2/3 less! I contacted Adsit about the packaging which they said they would address.

The electric hardtop hoist works great The electric hardtop hoist works great. I did have to download the manual for the electric winch as the instructions only referenced a manual winch. It is still a two person job removing the top and placing it in its storage rack, but no one has to do any heavy lifting. For some reason, that SL500 hardtop gets heavier every year.

My wheels were recieved on time My wheels were recieved on time, the ordering process was flawless. When i got to the tire shop for mounting I was informed that the front wheels were rubbing the rotors upon calling Adsitco they said they could send my out a second set with a different offset, which would mean i would have to pay for a second mount of my wheels. I would have expected sone consideration for my inconvenience. I had to have my rotors modified to make wheels work. If you have a 95 S420 get the deeper inset and save your self the added expense. The service was good however the cost… The service was good however the cost of shipping was ridiculous! To pay over $50 for a single article approx 7”x3” is exorbitant. You should advise cost of shipment prior to accepting payment. I would have been happy to have it shipped by sea or a more reasonable method.

Four other suppliers including Pelican Four other suppliers including Pelican, Parts geek and AutoAZ had the same item for less than $19.00 I found after I purchased from Adsitco where i paid more than twice. I wanted to return it but freight charges prevented me. Sorry, but Adsitco was too overpriced.
