No instructions included. Not all holes lined up, but were workable with a little muscle. Overall quality is very good, proper fitment. Very good value compared with other brands.

Customer service was difficult to get… Customer service was difficult to get through to and kinda gave me the run around. but as for the product itself, it's exactly what I ordered and I couldn't be happier with it. If Customer service was better you would of gotten the extra star.

The hooks are fantastic The hooks are fantastic, heavy duty, and fit perfectly, but the instructions could have been written in Japanese for all the good they did. Also, I could only use two of the supplied bolts and had to go to the hardware store to get the remaining four.
