Bad Customer Service Been trying for days to contact Elitewill. They will not answer the phone, return voice messages, answer emails or chats. My tow hooks came in missing the bolts/hardware and I cannot install them until I get the rest of the equipment. I am now asking for a return / refund but again they will not response.

The hooks are fantastic The hooks are fantastic, heavy duty, and fit perfectly, but the instructions could have been written in Japanese for all the good they did. Also, I could only use two of the supplied bolts and had to go to the hardware store to get the remaining four.

Excellent customer service! Elitewill sent my order in a timely manner and when the delivery went missing from my front porch they were kind enough to send a replacement right away! They went above and beyond and the product was perfect!

Shipment was in two different packages… Shipment was in two different packages and two different shippers. I wasn t told that . It was very hard to get in touch with anybody. Got 1st package in two days and 2nd package in four days. Shipping was great customer serv ice could be better.. we got everything worked out and that s what counts..

Good buy Everything regarding the purchase, shipping and the crossmember itself was great. The shock bracket though just didn't work the way it should to make shock be aligned properly. It was to straight for my opinion. I ended up cutting a bracket off an frame at a junkyard to make for a better fitting job. It saved the time of modifying the bracket to make it work properly.
