5 Stars - Great Communication, Great Product My goodness! The timeliness and ease of ordering, communicating, and installing wiper blades from WiperBladesUSA was amazing! Upon ordering, they emailed me a PDF with clear installation instructions. I had a question about the adapter for my wipers and within minutes, they emailed a response with details.

Terrible customer service and responsiveness Wipers did not fit, tried calling to get help, no one available to answer questions, you are directed to leave a message. Nothing. Sent email. No response. Tried calling again and am awaiting a response. Also emailed again. Terrible customer service. Better hope what they send works, because if it doesn't, there is not much there in the way of support.

They fixed my mistake 👍👍 Wow I feel like such a doofus I bought the wrong wiper blades ... thanks for responding so quickly I didn’t even know there was a thing called just a “cherokee” as opposed to a grand Cherokee 🤦🏼‍♀️ Thanks for being understanding ... I would love to return to get the correct ones thanks you guys!
