Terrible customer service and responsiveness Wipers did not fit, tried calling to get help, no one available to answer questions, you are directed to leave a message. Nothing. Sent email. No response. Tried calling again and am awaiting a response. Also emailed again. Terrible customer service. Better hope what they send works, because if it doesn't, there is not much there in the way of support.

Amazing customer service I ordered from Wiper Blades as they had an amazing line of wipers. I’m tired of buying junk around town. To my disappointment when my package arrived the box had been damaged and it looked like UPS had chewed on it. I had one missing wiper and one still in the box. UPS takes pictures on doorsteps and I had taken pictures too. I had called wiper blades and did not get ahold of anyone. I left a message as they say “we will get back to you within 24 hours.” We all know how this goes. By the morning when I woke up a customer service rep emailed me and asked for pics so they could file a claim and get me a replacement. Within the time of my email they had already shipped me a new one. Amazing customer service, great company and needless to say I will be back when I need more wipers. Thank you!!!!

An excellent company to do business with! What made this experience so great was the customer service I received. Although I purchased the set of wiper blades back in December, I got around to installing them on my vehicle just a few weeks ago. All was going great until I opened the package for the driver-side blade. I quickly noticed that one end of the blade assembly did not have an end piece keeping the solid edge on the blade arm. I then reached out to the company to explain my dilemma, and after a few emails back and forth, to my surprise, I was sent a replacement blade for the driver's side, and everything was intact. I will be doing business with this company again and telling friends, family, and coworkers of the great job this company has done for me!
