GBAmazing customer service I ordered from Wiper Blades as they had an amazing line of wipers. I’m tired of buying junk around town. To my disappointment when my package arrived the box had been damaged and it looked like UPS had chewed on it. I had one missing wiper and one still in the box. UPS takes pictures on doorsteps and I had taken pictures too. I had called wiper blades and did not get ahold of anyone. I left a message as they say “we will get back to you within 24 hours.” We all know how this goes. By the morning when I woke up a customer service rep emailed me and asked for pics so they could file a claim and get me a replacement. Within the time of my email they had already shipped me a new one. Amazing customer service, great company and needless to say I will be back when I need more wipers. Thank you!!!!

GBExcellent customer service experience... During the wiper instillation process I broke a needed part. I left a phone message asking if the broken part could be replaced. The next business day I received an email from an actual person asking for clarification of the part needed. After responding to the email the replacement part arrived in three days. A tracking number was even supplied. Well done and thank you!

GBTerrible customer service and responsiveness Wipers did not fit, tried calling to get help, no one available to answer questions, you are directed to leave a message. Nothing. Sent email. No response. Tried calling again and am awaiting a response. Also emailed again. Terrible customer service. Better hope what they send works, because if it doesn't, there is not much there in the way of support.

GBThey fixed my mistake 👍👍 Wow I feel like such a doofus I bought the wrong wiper blades ... thanks for responding so quickly I didn’t even know there was a thing called just a “cherokee” as opposed to a grand Cherokee 🤦🏼♀️ Thanks for being understanding ... I would love to return to get the correct ones thanks you guys!

GBLOUSY Had Wiper blades ordered last week and were supposed to come a number of days ago. the USPS tracking just says "in transit, will arrive late" I'd understand if it was a day late fine but a whole week late, that's unacceptable. When I contact WBUSA all they give you is some stupid 3 option path which all lead to you leaving them a message that they will not return. when I sent an email out, i got some generic response that they'll look into the matter and contact me back which (surprise surprise) they never did, and now if i want to cancel/return my order i must wait 30 days so I can get my money back. 100% will not order ANYTHING from there again. 100% do not recommended unless you take delight in being scammed and taken for a loop
