GBOverwhelming, Infuriating, Creepy I made the mistake of reaching out to ADP when I was looking for a new payroll processor. After our initial meeting, they called me incessantly for weeks - numerous times per day. They also flooded my email inbox with messages; never giving me time to evaluate their offerings before inundating me via every communication method possible. After they were told that we were no longer interested in their services, they sent a salesperson TO MY OFFICE UNANNOUNCED! Not once ... but TWICE! Note to all the sales and marketing types out there: ADP can provide a master class in how to NOT get a customer. I guess unless that customer is Creepy Stalkers of America.

GBI’ve never known such an awful app I’ve never known such an awful, frustrating app as this one. It fails to recognise email addresses and when attempting to input a UK mobile number ALWAYS auto deletes the entry and goes back to a US country code, you cannot deleted the US county dial code and select the UK as it reverts automatically back. Delete the app, you will save yourself a lot of pain

GBHave had to use this piece of crap… Have had to use this piece of crap software for the last year. Sometimes it recognizes your face; sometimes you have to login, and sometimes (often) it won’t allow access at all.

GBMy employer uses ADP My employer uses ADP. I cannot access my W2 using my computer because I cannot get a simple Passcode texted to me on my Smartphone. I can use the ADP app on my smartphone to get a Passcode telephoned to me. But that is of no use because I cannot printout my W2 nor figure out how I am going to attach it to my electronic tax return. Bottom line, I cannot access ADP on my computer. If I were not so close to retiring I would quit my current employer because of ADP.

GBMy accounting firm transferred my… My accounting firm transferred my company over to ADP in December of 2023. It has been a complete disaster they have debited our accounts for taxes never paid to state. W2’s incorrect and customer service is awful and nobody seems to know what there doing. I’ve terminated and looking at possible litigation to recover funds. Don’t use this company!!
