GBADP employees are not aligned on… ADP employees are not aligned on processes, and they are never on time with meeting deadlines for requests of all sorts. I cannot wait until our company switches to Paycor! I will be so relieved when that day comes as I will no longer have to deal with ADP. 0/10 Would not reccomend!

GBIncompetent at best, more likely evil This company is terrible, do not trust them with your retirement money. My experience with them has been awful, I won't get into it because it's a long and painful story - but their customer service was the worst I've ever had.

GBImpossible to register on any browser except Internet Explorer. Unless you have access to Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher, you cannot register. My new computer only has access to Microsoft Edge as Internet Explorer is no longer current. I have tried going through settings to allow their site to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode and this doesn’t work. Why on Earth is the choice of browser so limited, especially as it’s limited to a browser that’s no longer current??

AUDont use ADP Issue after issue for the time we used them. Weekly concerns from incorrect pays from team. Manager spent more time on the phone correcting ADP mistakes than doing her own job. Moved companies and now they will not even talk to me as we are a ceased client. Cannot access the eletronic records (which were a shambles anyway) as they have " wiped them" - is that even legal? Tried calling , was told " we shouldnt even be speaking to you as you are a ceased client". Clearly not interested in winnig me back! Shocking customer service

GBOverwhelming, Infuriating, Creepy I made the mistake of reaching out to ADP when I was looking for a new payroll processor. After our initial meeting, they called me incessantly for weeks - numerous times per day. They also flooded my email inbox with messages; never giving me time to evaluate their offerings before inundating me via every communication method possible. After they were told that we were no longer interested in their services, they sent a salesperson TO MY OFFICE UNANNOUNCED! Not once ... but TWICE! Note to all the sales and marketing types out there: ADP can provide a master class in how to NOT get a customer. I guess unless that customer is Creepy Stalkers of America.
