The under the hood fuse box cost about 1/4 the price of the dealer quote. Because the part was precisely what was needed, labor cost were minimal. GBTrust is earned...APF earned my trust I was hesitant at first, to buy a used transmission from an on-line source. I have read and heard about horror stories, told by people shopping on-line for used car parts. I am happy to report, Auto Parts Fair exceeded my expectations and I would have no problem buying from them again. The thing that put me at ease was their ability to provide me with the VIN number of the vehicle from which the used transmission came. This fact, in my opinion, is huge. It took away the worry about what kind of transmission I might end up with, as I was able to cross reference that VIN number with with DMV records and determine the listed mileage estimate was accurate.

GBMercury Grand Marquis rear tail light. Item received was the wrong one for a 1999 Mercury Grand Marquis GS driver side rear tail light even though item was described correctly. Item received was either for a different model year or an LS model. When I called customer service they interrogated me like I didn't know the difference. When I said I needed to return the wrong tail light they continued to quiz me until I insisted I wanted to return it since it wasn't correct. I returned it to the address they gave me the same day, 6/13, but have yet to receive any confirmation or credit for the returned item. Stock # B181784957N, Invoice # 96512388, PO # L168BVTW. Unfortunately I did not get an RMA#. John

GBExcellent service Excellent service. I have 2 cars more than 21 years old. Trying to get parts is difficult & other companies have sent me substitute parts that I had to return.
