Mercury Grand Marquis rear tail light. Item received was the wrong one for a 1999 Mercury Grand Marquis GS driver side rear tail light even though item was described correctly. Item received was either for a different model year or an LS model. When I called customer service they interrogated me like I didn't know the difference. When I said I needed to return the wrong tail light they continued to quiz me until I insisted I wanted to return it since it wasn't correct. I returned it to the address they gave me the same day, 6/13, but have yet to receive any confirmation or credit for the returned item. Stock # B181784957N, Invoice # 96512388, PO # L168BVTW. Unfortunately I did not get an RMA#. John
