Trust is earned...APF earned my trust I was hesitant at first, to buy a used transmission from an on-line source. I have read and heard about horror stories, told by people shopping on-line for used car parts. I am happy to report, Auto Parts Fair exceeded my expectations and I would have no problem buying from them again. The thing that put me at ease was their ability to provide me with the VIN number of the vehicle from which the used transmission came. This fact, in my opinion, is huge. It took away the worry about what kind of transmission I might end up with, as I was able to cross reference that VIN number with with DMV records and determine the listed mileage estimate was accurate.

90% savings I had the ABS pump and module go on my 2009 Mercury Malon. This repair would cost close to $1,000 at the dealer or repair shop. I purchased a used unit from parts fair and my total cost for the repair was less than $100. Saving almost 90% was unbelievable. I will positively use parts fair in the future and refer all my friends.

Order processing and delivery service … Order processing and delivery service were both excellent. I have not gotten the part into the shop to replace on the car so don't know 100% the quality and accuracy of the part, but I'm trusting that it will be fine since everything has gone well so far.

A used Smart car hood A Smart car hood was advertised sale for $113.50 used and to include free shipping from Phoenix, AZ. I live in Texas and received a notice they were unable to ship and cancelled the order. I was told the part was fragile and they could not send it through their parts network either for a local pick near my home. Very disappointed since I purchased a similar used Smart car part from California without any issues.
