GBFrom The Start...... From the start, Auto Pats Fair was a pleasure to deal with. I searched other places and found Auto Part Fair had the best deals. I could have bought the part I needed closer to me but from the descriptions, Auto Parts Fair had the part I needed in better condition for about the same price than a competitor had for one that according to their description was in good condition with scratches. The part arrived packaged well. That part almost looked like it was brand new (it had a little bit of dirt, but that was expected and not a problem). I ordered a tail light assembly and to my surprise, it even came with the light bulbs. I would definitely recommend Auto Part Fair and would not hesitate to do business with them again.

GBMercury Grand Marquis rear tail light. Item received was the wrong one for a 1999 Mercury Grand Marquis GS driver side rear tail light even though item was described correctly. Item received was either for a different model year or an LS model. When I called customer service they interrogated me like I didn't know the difference. When I said I needed to return the wrong tail light they continued to quiz me until I insisted I wanted to return it since it wasn't correct. I returned it to the address they gave me the same day, 6/13, but have yet to receive any confirmation or credit for the returned item. Stock # B181784957N, Invoice # 96512388, PO # L168BVTW. Unfortunately I did not get an RMA#. John

GBThis company is indicative of customer service in the internet age Don't say you are going to delivery in 3-4 days if it's more like 7-8 days (Still waiting). Filled in a contact form twice with no reply. 5 minute hold on telephone to find out the representative couldn't actually say when the product would arrive (However the rep was pleasant enough if not helpful)... Says travelling in some sort of interoffice mail, meanwhile I'm burning a rental vehicle at $60 per day. Can't tell you if the product is any good or not. Completely annoying, but customer service in this country...especially with online companies...is so putrid it's what I've come to expect. Thanks for nothing.

GBThe first person I dealt with was… The first person I dealt with was borderline rude. Apparently, Amazon Pay puts the company name and address on the same line. When I called because there wasn't a confirmation sent, she tried to blame me. When I called the following day, again because there still wasn't a confirmation, I got a gentleman named Samuel Schneider was extremely helpful in getting the information to me.

I do business globally through paypal , ebay or any company that buy or sell as I am located in SA, and even paypal supplied you my confirmed address, but you didn't supply the seller whom sent the items from TN, and NM with my full address,or they didn't wrote RUH 5946, and this my unique ID to my agent in Springfield NY, and for this reason the 2 items gone to UAE and I recovered them there, The third and last one you sent from FL, with exact address with RUH is now in my account,2- Difficult to contact you, always we met only your machine, wait, wait ,wait.
