GBThis company is indicative of customer service in the internet age Don't say you are going to delivery in 3-4 days if it's more like 7-8 days (Still waiting). Filled in a contact form twice with no reply. 5 minute hold on telephone to find out the representative couldn't actually say when the product would arrive (However the rep was pleasant enough if not helpful)... Says travelling in some sort of interoffice mail, meanwhile I'm burning a rental vehicle at $60 per day. Can't tell you if the product is any good or not. Completely annoying, but customer service in this country...especially with online companies...is so putrid it's what I've come to expect. Thanks for nothing.

GBTransmission performs well Transmission performs well. Came damaged in shipping. Fortunately, old trans had perfect component to swap out. In driving car home, shifting is tight & smooth.

GBOrder processing and delivery service … Order processing and delivery service were both excellent. I have not gotten the part into the shop to replace on the car so don't know 100% the quality and accuracy of the part, but I'm trusting that it will be fine since everything has gone well so far.

GBA used Smart car hood A Smart car hood was advertised sale for $113.50 used and to include free shipping from Phoenix, AZ. I live in Texas and received a notice they were unable to ship and cancelled the order. I was told the part was fragile and they could not send it through their parts network either for a local pick near my home. Very disappointed since I purchased a similar used Smart car part from California without any issues.
