GBIf zero was an option they would… If zero was an option they would receive that as a rating. For the past two weeks they said they have over paid me. Now if an employer reports your time to them on a daily basis and they give you a portion of that money early, how is it possible to overpay someone? Especially when you know how much they have worked. Talked with customer service and they just kept giving me the same run around saying that my check wasn't enough to pay back what they had already paid me. So again I asked them if you know how many hours I worked how is it possible to overpay someone, same line of the well your check wasn't enough to cover what we sent you. Biggest scam I have ever seen thinking legal action may be needed

GBKeep your own notes every time you ask for advance in separate paper. You would need it I have been using this for just few months but enough to notice that something is wrong. Today making my notes and reducing what I receive in advance from my today pay check, I am short about almost 500.00 dollars. I call customer service and they keep giving me their own notes. I would pay someone to check this since the 1st use. Closing this service with Dailypay today.

GBHonest opinion Honest opinion - when daily pay works correctly it’s a helpful “benefit” to help in an emergency or to manage between paychecks. The issue is that it doesn’t work a good amount of the time. In the 5 months that I had supposed access to daily pay, I’ve actually only been able to use it approximately 3. What makes it worse is that, like others, there never seems to be anyone in customer service who can help or give a straight answer. I personally haven’t had issues with not getting paid on payday, but I have multiple co-workers who have. Overall, it’s not reliable, which is really something you need when dealing with your pay. Be careful if you choose to use Daily Pay

GB0 stars they literally have not paid me… 0 stars they literally have not paid me my remaining money yet keep lying and saying the money was transferred and is in my account. When my bank statement and my bank have confirmed it never reached my account. Yet, I can still cash out early into that same account . Giving me the run around and telling me there’s nothing I can do. I wish I could opt out but I don’t even trust them to pay me my next check. I ended up having to cash out early again because they didn’t give me my remaining funds. I was told the money was being sent to my account on the 9th…it’s the 11th. I’m very upset and annoyed.

GBKnow longer my account Daily pay was great it start I got a flat tire which I did it helped. It helped when I needed cash in a hurry to get to my son in another state but now it turned around I was only getting a few hundred dollars a paycheck. My paystub says 1000 my bank statement showed 300. Oh, where is the rest people And this went on for a long time and the more I talk to them the less help I got so then I tried to stop it wouldn’t let me know. They said they couldn’t. I had to wait three weeks. 03 weeks game I removed the app and I started getting notices that my Daily Pay had been paid What DailyPay was taking out I no longer have the app on my phone so I called them again they said oh we can’t just close out your account. It will have to be in two weeks. We will close it out. Meanwhile, I would like DailyPay’s are coming out of my account , I’m not really paying somebody is and it’s small amounts 31 bucks here $60 here but it is adding up and adding up. Finally they said it would be done on the 11th the 11th will be the final cut off day. I went to the bank and found out that my account is no longer my account. The account number on the bottom of my checks does not reflect any of my Wells Fargo account numbers it is it account ending in a completely different number and it’s belongs to Daily Pay. It’s now the 21st and my paycheck came up short $200 . Is this a fee for them they won’t talk to me because I canceled my account yet they’re continuing to pull money out. How is that don’t talk to me because I no longer have a DailyPay account but you haven’t taken your account number off of my Wells Fargo account and I’m missing money $200 a paycheck I think it’s time for an attorney.
