GB0 stars if i could 0 stars if i could. the company i worked for contracted them to help the employees access paychecks early. first off, the time it takes to update your balance from a worked shift isn't reliable. second off, my password wasn't working with the app or website, so i'd have to constantly send reset password links just to access the account. thirdly, when i tried to resolve it with customer service, they'd ask me to verify my information with a photo id and paystub, while i was using my e-mail on the dailypay account. don't waste your time with these people. they're nice at first but they get content in their inertia they want to sit back and do nothing but collect a transfer fee.

GBIf zero was an option they would… If zero was an option they would receive that as a rating. For the past two weeks they said they have over paid me. Now if an employer reports your time to them on a daily basis and they give you a portion of that money early, how is it possible to overpay someone? Especially when you know how much they have worked. Talked with customer service and they just kept giving me the same run around saying that my check wasn't enough to pay back what they had already paid me. So again I asked them if you know how many hours I worked how is it possible to overpay someone, same line of the well your check wasn't enough to cover what we sent you. Biggest scam I have ever seen thinking legal action may be needed

GBNo cell service, no access There is absolutely no way to verify your identity other than by your cell phone. You can email a transcript of your conversation with the help desk about your account to yourself but you can't verify your identity thru the email you signed up with. So even if you use your fingerprint to get into your account on the device used to access the app, no way to verify its you if your cell is off. This is the type of emergency this app is supposed to be for! Doesn't matter if you have all your login info, your bank info, your job info, your contact info.... you need to pay your cell bill? Tough luck, can't access your account. What the heck is the service for then?

GBI received an email from The Friday… I received an email from The Friday Card/DailyPay onJanuary 22, 2024. The Subject was “NEW……starting January 22 you will now receive your paycheck 2 days early with direct deposit…… I had to speak with a representative on Tuesday about another subject and when I told her about my email she said this was a new thing they were doing. Well of course, my direct deposit was never processed on either Wednesday. Just curious if anybody has ever received their paycheck 2 days early???? I currently bank with Truist and my deposits are sometime Thursday night to early Friday morning. I have another account with Wells Fargo and my deposits always went in on Thursdays around 6 pm. I changed to the Friday Card when I got the email and have received NO early deposits as per their email.
