Second time having an issue with Daily… Second time having an issue with Daily Pay. This time my pay didn’t update and I called and spoke to a representative stating that my account was canceled by their Admin 3 hours ago & they don’t know why. No explanation can’t see. How when i’m mid way through a pay period does an account get canceled never had any issues that would cause cancellation and I still work at my job. I switched from full time to pat-time but this isn't the first time i switched my employee status in reference to hours and had no issues. Plus this change doesn’t go into effect until Nov. 5th. Now i have to wait 3-5 business days for a resolution meantime i don't get paid until the Nov 13th & its October 31st super frustrated. Escalation team doesn’t take phone calls spoke to a Supervisor gave me the same generic answer as a representative.

No cell service, no access There is absolutely no way to verify your identity other than by your cell phone. You can email a transcript of your conversation with the help desk about your account to yourself but you can't verify your identity thru the email you signed up with. So even if you use your fingerprint to get into your account on the device used to access the app, no way to verify its you if your cell is off. This is the type of emergency this app is supposed to be for! Doesn't matter if you have all your login info, your bank info, your job info, your contact info.... you need to pay your cell bill? Tough luck, can't access your account. What the heck is the service for then?

I was shorted close to $1,000. I was shorted close to $1,000. When I asked for a reconciliation and for them to show my "deductions" that totaled my payment amount, they gave a BS canned answer and continue to refuse to actually help me. How can a payroll company NOT provide reconciliation details!?!?!

If zero was an option they would… If zero was an option they would receive that as a rating. For the past two weeks they said they have over paid me. Now if an employer reports your time to them on a daily basis and they give you a portion of that money early, how is it possible to overpay someone? Especially when you know how much they have worked. Talked with customer service and they just kept giving me the same run around saying that my check wasn't enough to pay back what they had already paid me. So again I asked them if you know how many hours I worked how is it possible to overpay someone, same line of the well your check wasn't enough to cover what we sent you. Biggest scam I have ever seen thinking legal action may be needed

If I could rate a zero I would If I could rate a zero I would. The customer service is not professional helpful nor barely understood. I got scripted replies over talked without even understanding the problem. Put on hold to be hung up on. To call back.put on hold again, then to just ask for a supervisor. Nothing resolved except sorry for your inconvenience. This is not a great card. It may seem good for the moment but long turn you might pay the price for convenience.
