GBHonest opinion Honest opinion - when daily pay works correctly it’s a helpful “benefit” to help in an emergency or to manage between paychecks. The issue is that it doesn’t work a good amount of the time. In the 5 months that I had supposed access to daily pay, I’ve actually only been able to use it approximately 3. What makes it worse is that, like others, there never seems to be anyone in customer service who can help or give a straight answer. I personally haven’t had issues with not getting paid on payday, but I have multiple co-workers who have. Overall, it’s not reliable, which is really something you need when dealing with your pay. Be careful if you choose to use Daily Pay

GBNo cell service, no access There is absolutely no way to verify your identity other than by your cell phone. You can email a transcript of your conversation with the help desk about your account to yourself but you can't verify your identity thru the email you signed up with. So even if you use your fingerprint to get into your account on the device used to access the app, no way to verify its you if your cell is off. This is the type of emergency this app is supposed to be for! Doesn't matter if you have all your login info, your bank info, your job info, your contact info.... you need to pay your cell bill? Tough luck, can't access your account. What the heck is the service for then?

GB-0 If Possible -0 If Possible. Their accounting is absolute fraud. You get no customer service. Just a run around. They try to lie and manipulate you into believing their math. THE BLTTOM LINE KS THEY ARE THIEVES. Unsure why they have not been looked closer into by govt entities. THEY WILL LIE, THEN NOT ANSWER. YOU WILL NEVER GET THE MONEY THEY STOLE. Even when you are able to show their mistake.

GBI was shorted close to $1,000. I was shorted close to $1,000. When I asked for a reconciliation and for them to show my "deductions" that totaled my payment amount, they gave a BS canned answer and continue to refuse to actually help me. How can a payroll company NOT provide reconciliation details!?!?!

GBIt's not "daily pay". You only get HALF. It's not "daily pay". It's actually HALF of your daily pay the next day. If you were expected to get your full day's pay you will be disappointed. Cut your hourly wage in half and that maybe what you will get available within 24 hours. I would only withdraw in an emergency because they charge you for instant withdrawal every time.
