GBWAKE UP PEOPLE This app's customer service agents have got to be the largest group of people who don't know how to do their jobs that I have ever met. They literally HATE, ABSOLUTELY HATE, having to do their job, they would rather push the job off on someone else. Customer service is NOT A TOP PRIORITY. I don't know how no one has realized this and just stopped using the app. This app is only to make the rich owners even more rich. They do not care about their customers. Because if they did they would read their own reviews and try to actually make the app and it's agents better. But instead they add another card, so that they can charge you even more fee's if you access your money and put it into your bank instead of putting it on their card. ALL THIS COMPANY IS ABOUT IS TAKING ADVANTAGE AND MAKING MONEY OFF ITS CUSTOMERS. IT IS NOT TRYING TO MAKE ANYONE'S LIFE EASIER.

GBNo paycheck on my direct deposit day No paycheck on my direct deposit day. For anyone who lives paycheck to paycheck, having an unreliable app in charge of your money is problematic. They wire transferred and my bank says it could come today or tomorrow depending on if and when they actually did it.

GBHonest opinion Honest opinion - when daily pay works correctly it’s a helpful “benefit” to help in an emergency or to manage between paychecks. The issue is that it doesn’t work a good amount of the time. In the 5 months that I had supposed access to daily pay, I’ve actually only been able to use it approximately 3. What makes it worse is that, like others, there never seems to be anyone in customer service who can help or give a straight answer. I personally haven’t had issues with not getting paid on payday, but I have multiple co-workers who have. Overall, it’s not reliable, which is really something you need when dealing with your pay. Be careful if you choose to use Daily Pay

GBThieving company Thieving company! I will be calling the inspector general. I don’t care what my employer forced me to sign, you can’t say that people have no right for a class action lawsuit when you are committing fraud on a mass scale.

GBIf zero was an option they would… If zero was an option they would receive that as a rating. For the past two weeks they said they have over paid me. Now if an employer reports your time to them on a daily basis and they give you a portion of that money early, how is it possible to overpay someone? Especially when you know how much they have worked. Talked with customer service and they just kept giving me the same run around saying that my check wasn't enough to pay back what they had already paid me. So again I asked them if you know how many hours I worked how is it possible to overpay someone, same line of the well your check wasn't enough to cover what we sent you. Biggest scam I have ever seen thinking legal action may be needed
