Second time having an issue with Daily… Second time having an issue with Daily Pay. This time my pay didn’t update and I called and spoke to a representative stating that my account was canceled by their Admin 3 hours ago & they don’t know why. No explanation can’t see. How when i’m mid way through a pay period does an account get canceled never had any issues that would cause cancellation and I still work at my job. I switched from full time to pat-time but this isn't the first time i switched my employee status in reference to hours and had no issues. Plus this change doesn’t go into effect until Nov. 5th. Now i have to wait 3-5 business days for a resolution meantime i don't get paid until the Nov 13th & its October 31st super frustrated. Escalation team doesn’t take phone calls spoke to a Supervisor gave me the same generic answer as a representative.

-0 If Possible -0 If Possible. Their accounting is absolute fraud. You get no customer service. Just a run around. They try to lie and manipulate you into believing their math. THE BLTTOM LINE KS THEY ARE THIEVES. Unsure why they have not been looked closer into by govt entities. THEY WILL LIE, THEN NOT ANSWER. YOU WILL NEVER GET THE MONEY THEY STOLE. Even when you are able to show their mistake.

If zero was an option they would… If zero was an option they would receive that as a rating. For the past two weeks they said they have over paid me. Now if an employer reports your time to them on a daily basis and they give you a portion of that money early, how is it possible to overpay someone? Especially when you know how much they have worked. Talked with customer service and they just kept giving me the same run around saying that my check wasn't enough to pay back what they had already paid me. So again I asked them if you know how many hours I worked how is it possible to overpay someone, same line of the well your check wasn't enough to cover what we sent you. Biggest scam I have ever seen thinking legal action may be needed

Keep your own notes every time you ask for advance in separate paper. You would need it I have been using this for just few months but enough to notice that something is wrong. Today making my notes and reducing what I receive in advance from my today pay check, I am short about almost 500.00 dollars. I call customer service and they keep giving me their own notes. I would pay someone to check this since the 1st use. Closing this service with Dailypay today.

Don’t use them Don’t use them! They take your money twice. They have full access to ALL of your check even money that you didn’t take! They charge you fees to even access your pay. I don’t see why any company would offer this to their employees! I just add the customer service line agents will hang up on you and they won’t provide their name! This place isn’t right! I feel like I missing money and they say I’m not. So they took the days they already took from my other check and now they say they haven’t took it. This place will be getting sued more than likely if they haven’t already……!
