USDon’t use them Don’t use them! They take your money twice. They have full access to ALL of your check even money that you didn’t take! They charge you fees to even access your pay. I don’t see why any company would offer this to their employees! I just add the customer service line agents will hang up on you and they won’t provide their name! This place isn’t right! I feel like I missing money and they say I’m not. So they took the days they already took from my other check and now they say they haven’t took it. This place will be getting sued more than likely if they haven’t already……!

USIf zero was an option they would… If zero was an option they would receive that as a rating. For the past two weeks they said they have over paid me. Now if an employer reports your time to them on a daily basis and they give you a portion of that money early, how is it possible to overpay someone? Especially when you know how much they have worked. Talked with customer service and they just kept giving me the same run around saying that my check wasn't enough to pay back what they had already paid me. So again I asked them if you know how many hours I worked how is it possible to overpay someone, same line of the well your check wasn't enough to cover what we sent you. Biggest scam I have ever seen thinking legal action may be needed

USKnow longer my account Daily pay was great it start I got a flat tire which I did it helped. It helped when I needed cash in a hurry to get to my son in another state but now it turned around I was only getting a few hundred dollars a paycheck. My paystub says 1000 my bank statement showed 300. Oh, where is the rest people And this went on for a long time and the more I talk to them the less help I got so then I tried to stop it wouldn’t let me know. They said they couldn’t. I had to wait three weeks. 03 weeks game I removed the app and I started getting notices that my Daily Pay had been paid What DailyPay was taking out I no longer have the app on my phone so I called them again they said oh we can’t just close out your account. It will have to be in two weeks. We will close it out. Meanwhile, I would like DailyPay’s are coming out of my account , I’m not really paying somebody is and it’s small amounts 31 bucks here $60 here but it is adding up and adding up. Finally they said it would be done on the 11th the 11th will be the final cut off day. I went to the bank and found out that my account is no longer my account. The account number on the bottom of my checks does not reflect any of my Wells Fargo account numbers it is it account ending in a completely different number and it’s belongs to Daily Pay. It’s now the 21st and my paycheck came up short $200 . Is this a fee for them they won’t talk to me because I canceled my account yet they’re continuing to pull money out. How is that don’t talk to me because I no longer have a DailyPay account but you haven’t taken your account number off of my Wells Fargo account and I’m missing money $200 a paycheck I think it’s time for an attorney.

USNo cell service, no access There is absolutely no way to verify your identity other than by your cell phone. You can email a transcript of your conversation with the help desk about your account to yourself but you can't verify your identity thru the email you signed up with. So even if you use your fingerprint to get into your account on the device used to access the app, no way to verify its you if your cell is off. This is the type of emergency this app is supposed to be for! Doesn't matter if you have all your login info, your bank info, your job info, your contact info.... you need to pay your cell bill? Tough luck, can't access your account. What the heck is the service for then?
