NLHorrible customer service Horrible customer service, user interface and experience for employees! They don't update the status but ask you for a bunch of data. I have been screened a few times before, another platform that was called Validata did my previous background check and they did inform me throughout the process what has been verified, how long i should wait and so on. But HireRight's customer service does not help but just pasted answers from a protocol..

GBNo stars I'd give no stars if that were an option. They take forever to process the background checks, blame the counties for the delays, say they'll expedite the request when you ask about it, and still not be finished with the report weeks later.

GBAbsolutely the worst Absolutely the worst. I'm a rehire and this company has been working on my file for three weeks. I'm very responsive to request,it's my future. I had my Hazmat and twic card faster. Not sure why a compound switch from Sterling to this one. I feel like I'm in a dehydrator turning in to unemployment beef jerky.
BOOOOOOOOOOOOO
GBIncompetent Researchers The reps or researchers they have are incompetent. I have provided every bit of information, including telephone numbers, and W-2, I even paid for my employment verification report to send to them to help with a verification and yet they still have no clue. Researchers are still asking for the same documents they acknowledged receiving. One and a half hours of holding time to speak to someone shows they are overworked and don't care.

GBDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am begging HR managers to avoid this company at all costs. You will have to do all the work, uploading semantic documents as their policies are so rigid with what they can/cannot accept. They will call you at all hours of the night requesting more documentation (due to being based in the US and having no regard for where you yourself are based.) Absolutely dreadful experience, they have massively delayed my start date for a new job.
