Incompetent Researchers The reps or researchers they have are incompetent. I have provided every bit of information, including telephone numbers, and W-2, I even paid for my employment verification report to send to them to help with a verification and yet they still have no clue. Researchers are still asking for the same documents they acknowledged receiving. One and a half hours of holding time to speak to someone shows they are overworked and don't care.

No stars I'd give no stars if that were an option. They take forever to process the background checks, blame the counties for the delays, say they'll expedite the request when you ask about it, and still not be finished with the report weeks later.

I’ve tried calling but can’t understand the rep on the phone. He wasn’t too interested in helping anyway. Frankly, I’m ready to decline the position and move on, this isn’t worth the hassle with Hire Right.
