Background Check could be fixed in 5 minutes, it's been weeks Messed up my background check, they mixed up my name (a very common name) with someone with a completely different middle name, date of birth and address, they did this for 10 different records. This can be fixed via internet search of court records, takes literally 5 minutes. It's been weeks now and they have not done anything to resolve the dispute I filed. They say they need faxes (yes like a physical fax machine copy) from each of the courts instead of just looking up the records themselves - something literally anyone can do on the internet.

I had my Hazmat and twic card faster. Not sure why a compound switch from Sterling to this one. I feel like I'm in a dehydrator turning in to unemployment beef jerky.

I’ve tried calling but can’t understand the rep on the phone. He wasn’t too interested in helping anyway. Frankly, I’m ready to decline the position and move on, this isn’t worth the hassle with Hire Right.

Incompetent Researchers The reps or researchers they have are incompetent. I have provided every bit of information, including telephone numbers, and W-2, I even paid for my employment verification report to send to them to help with a verification and yet they still have no clue. Researchers are still asking for the same documents they acknowledged receiving. One and a half hours of holding time to speak to someone shows they are overworked and don't care.
