GBAbsolutely the worst I’ve ever… Absolutely the worst I’ve ever encountered. My background check is going on three weeks now with no end in sight. I’ve tried calling but can’t understand the rep on the phone. He wasn’t too interested in helping anyway. Frankly, I’m ready to decline the position and move on, this isn’t worth the hassle with Hire Right.

GBBackground Check could be fixed in 5 minutes, it's been weeks Messed up my background check, they mixed up my name (a very common name) with someone with a completely different middle name, date of birth and address, they did this for 10 different records. This can be fixed via internet search of court records, takes literally 5 minutes. It's been weeks now and they have not done anything to resolve the dispute I filed. They say they need faxes (yes like a physical fax machine copy) from each of the courts instead of just looking up the records themselves - something literally anyone can do on the internet.

GBNo stars I'd give no stars if that were an option. They take forever to process the background checks, blame the counties for the delays, say they'll expedite the request when you ask about it, and still not be finished with the report weeks later.

GBThe worst company ever you go through… The worst company ever you go through background check. HireRight hired third world country India for American Citizens background checks. Very shameful. They cannot speak proper English nor they understand American system. I have been waiting 29 days only for my education to get verified. Every time I call them, I have to repeat myself 5 times and or have them repeat themselves 5 times. Very cheap and unprofessional. HireRight should do better job for the U.S citizens than this. HireRight should hire people at lease speak English, and explain them their job description before they interact with customers. I would ask Guy P. Abramo, Chief Executive Officer to focus on this and treat U.S citizens better than this.
