GBAbsolutely the worst I’ve ever… Absolutely the worst I’ve ever encountered. My background check is going on three weeks now with no end in sight. I’ve tried calling but can’t understand the rep on the phone. He wasn’t too interested in helping anyway. Frankly, I’m ready to decline the position and move on, this isn’t worth the hassle with Hire Right.

GBNo stars I'd give no stars if that were an option. They take forever to process the background checks, blame the counties for the delays, say they'll expedite the request when you ask about it, and still not be finished with the report weeks later.

GBDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am begging HR managers to avoid this company at all costs. You will have to do all the work, uploading semantic documents as their policies are so rigid with what they can/cannot accept. They will call you at all hours of the night requesting more documentation (due to being based in the US and having no regard for where you yourself are based.) Absolutely dreadful experience, they have massively delayed my start date for a new job.

GBthis people are absolutely horrendous… this people are absolutely horrendous my background check is going on the 4th week,i hve supplied them with w-2 for the past 8 years and they continue to ask me the same questions about an employer that is no longer in business since COVID This service is about useless I should be getting paid what they are to do my own background check i have dealt with them in the past because of my perspective employer and always a horrible experience they are also great at piling errrouneous information being that my name is very common I highly recomend any business looking to hire their services to RUN AS FAST AS THEY CAN AND FIND A DIFFERENT PROVIDER FOR THIS SERVICE

GBIncompetent Researchers The reps or researchers they have are incompetent. I have provided every bit of information, including telephone numbers, and W-2, I even paid for my employment verification report to send to them to help with a verification and yet they still have no clue. Researchers are still asking for the same documents they acknowledged receiving. One and a half hours of holding time to speak to someone shows they are overworked and don't care.
