Search elsewhere first I would be wary of choosing this company for your payroll. Emails are not responded to, payroll specialists change frequently. They won't read emails fully and will make changes that you didn't ask for/weren't ready for. When you have a good specialist who isn't out of the office often, it's fine. But if you happen to do something on a day they're out, it's absolute CHAOS.

This has to be the worst payroll… This has to be the worst payroll company in existence. Not only do they explain nothing when you set things up, they provide terrible customer service and guidance. They also did my taxes wrong and a received a bill from the IRS due to their incompetence. Do not recommend.

Very poor communication from management , incompetent workers, Very poor communication, did not fix payroll issues when brought to their attention. Unresponsive service from management, phone calls and emails left unanswered from management and onboarding when requesting a new payroll administrator. My employee had to wait more than 12 days past payday to receive their check due to incompetence and poor communication on their part.

If I could leave zero stars I would If I could leave zero stars I would. I have emailed my service reps on a constant basis letting them know I am not getting the services I pay for, The checks arrive torn, wrinkled and completely unprofessional. My emails are never returned and Im still being charged weekly. Still waiting for a cost breakdown and I get a refusal to give me the pricing. Communication, customer service and product are at an all time low.

Keep shopping / Its not worth the brain damage We hired Paychex to take over / streamline our small business payroll/HR, etc...and its been a comedy of errors for the past 2 years. Its a series of talking to 4 different people who cant fix or cant understand the variety of technical support issues and if they dont have an answer....they just leave you on hold for 15 min and eventually hang up. The service / platform just isnt very good ....some people try but they dont have the capabilities to correct anything quickly. The other issue employees complain about is the UNGODLY amount of verification codes they have to get thru before they can access their portal/employee dashboard. We understand security but Paychex isnt cutting edge or efficient tech--- their service/platform is EXACTLY what companies fear when they make a big tech change. IT'S STILL PAINFUL.
