This company is TERRIBLE This company is TERRIBLE! Our Service Rep Candice Lee is rude and does not respond to emails. We have detailed deductions that change regularly and specific instructions on each pay period and they still mess it up. Getting anyone on the phone is impossible! We are abound to jump ship and switch. Meeting with a new provider next week.

The worst payroll company ever The worst payroll company ever. They made my life harder instead of easier and overcharged me every chance they got. I had to keep calling and telling them that not the rate I was quoted. Then they blow up your email with all their side hustles. It’s a constant headache. Worst business decision anyone could make. Apparently I’m not the only dissatisfied client.

Been a customer for several years Been a customer for several years. Monthly charge goes up without notice. Cannot get anyone to assist. When I call Paychex Sales, a person is available. Paychex will service NEW Customers, just not existing ones. When I got a Salesperson on the phone and told him why I was calling he actually laughed out loud that I called Sales and said there was nothing he could do. He refused to contact internal Paychex Rep to assist. This is a terrible company.

I have emailed my service reps on a constant basis letting them know I am not getting the services I pay for, The checks arrive torn, wrinkled and completely unprofessional. My emails are never returned and Im still being charged weekly. Still waiting for a cost breakdown and I get a refusal to give me the pricing. Communication, customer service and product are at an all time low.

Paychex files your State and Federal… Paychex files your State and Federal taxes intermittently and next time you knowing, you have already incurred penalties and interests in thousands. When you call Sales Rep and Supervisors, it goes to voicemail ALL the time. Paychex is not reliable AT ALL , to me it's an induced HEART ATTACK and heart aches every month. I'm still dealing with the 4th quarter 2021 that is not filed with IRS ( can you imagine the interest and penalties). We have changed EIN effective November 2021. The 2021, 2022 up to 3rd quarter of 2023, it was never changed....as simple as that. State calls every month re: delinquent taxes and taxes were pulled out of our account --on some. We lost track of too many delinquent taxes that we have to deal with. NO amount of money can exchange the stress we are going through.
