GBGarbage company Garbage company. Can't get a hold of your rep. they continuously mess up and do not issue checks when suppose to causing my employees to get upset. they constantly switch out your rep every month or so, clearly they cannot retain employees which is a big part of the problem Im sure. Stay away from paychecks go elsewhere.

GBHORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!!! To many departments, no one knows what they are doing there, easier to figure it out for yourself as these untrained employees will drive you crazy!

GBThis company is TERRIBLE This company is TERRIBLE! Our Service Rep Candice Lee is rude and does not respond to emails. We have detailed deductions that change regularly and specific instructions on each pay period and they still mess it up. Getting anyone on the phone is impossible! We are abound to jump ship and switch. Meeting with a new provider next week.

GBworst timecard experience ive ever had our company switched from tsheets to paychex and it's been a complete nightmare. Worst customer service i've ever experienced. The actual program almost never works correctly. The company fired our rep during setup and until we bothered them over and over again they were just going to ignore us. All the information they put in was wrong. It took paychex and additional 3 weeks to respond to us. Labor codes are wrong. Everything about our timecards was setup wrong and required hours of us on the phone with multiple people who all point the finger somewhere else. the "chat" literally cannot help with ANYTHING and they will end the chat without any warning. Awful service. Awful company. Awful product. Edit: you guys reply to bad reviews faster than you help your existing customers. Nice priorities

GBKeep shopping / Its not worth the brain damage We hired Paychex to take over / streamline our small business payroll/HR, etc...and its been a comedy of errors for the past 2 years. Its a series of talking to 4 different people who cant fix or cant understand the variety of technical support issues and if they dont have an answer....they just leave you on hold for 15 min and eventually hang up. The service / platform just isnt very good ....some people try but they dont have the capabilities to correct anything quickly. The other issue employees complain about is the UNGODLY amount of verification codes they have to get thru before they can access their portal/employee dashboard. We understand security but Paychex isnt cutting edge or efficient tech--- their service/platform is EXACTLY what companies fear when they make a big tech change. IT'S STILL PAINFUL.
