GBFrom being one of the best all around… From being one of the best all around to a negative 0 misleading, over charging no one returns calls or follows up. Not the Paychex of the 90's for sure . No supervisor to straighten out problems which almost everything is a problem

GBWe were backed into a corner to find a… We were backed into a corner to find a payroll co. after Covid and have completely regretted ever since. The customer service cue is priority and not your Co. payroll issues. Multiple background software problems leaving employees with incorrecr, or just plain without payroll, and in turn, gaslight you regarding it, with of course a fee to fix things. Sadly requires far more management than doing it yourself. Turnover appears high, and assigned account specialist is not available any longer, but, trust us, there is zero shortage of sales people calling for add on services. Listen to your accountant and choose other platforms.

GBFirst week in Paychex for our new… First week in Paychex for our new business. Bank recommended Paychexso our thought was, must be reliable. First week in. Overcharged five times. Should have done a review of the reviews. Ive never seen such poor reviews. We are pulling our business to a payroll service company with a better reputation. Seems to be one step up from a scam. Update Apri 8th. Sent complaint to Paychex with full info as they mention after every “truthful” review. Guess what? Absolutely NO RESPONSE.

GBThe worst payroll company ever The worst payroll company ever. They made my life harder instead of easier and overcharged me every chance they got. I had to keep calling and telling them that not the rate I was quoted. Then they blow up your email with all their side hustles. It’s a constant headache. Worst business decision anyone could make. Apparently I’m not the only dissatisfied client.

GBPaychex flex is a horrible system Paychex flex is a horrible system. It is tied directly to the company and if you use it for 401K you will no longer have access to your money once you leave the company. Attempting to reach them is difficult. You can plan to be on the phone for 1-2 hours as they hang up on you, transfer you, or just have no idea how to help. Once you leave a company, your access is terminated immediately. They will repeatedly ask for your login information and then say you have no account making it even more difficult to access your money. It has been a month and I am still attempting to get my 401K rolled over with no hope in sight.
