The driver (I can't remember his name) was so professional and on top of every detail. He arrived on time for the pickup and even helped remind us that we would be late for our dinner reservations if we did not leave soon. The stretch Escalade was clean and everything worked. Ben was very efficient at booking and following up with me before the event. Everything was as promised and the driver great service made it even better. I would definitely recommend Sam's Limo service.

Hadn’t received photos of the mode of transportation and don’t know what to expect, but what we received was something beyond our expectations. Family Reunion Drivers The drivers were very attentive, respectful, and easy to communicate with. Both drivers were timely at ALL times and knew exactly where they were going. UNPROFESSIONAL SCAM COMPANY This POS company is a contractor for Greyhound (another POS company) where the driver abandoned passengers 1hr into the trip and left them stranded at a truck stop an hr away from Dallas. The driver pulled over and had police escort everyone off the bus. The driver is allowed to get away with this because of Greyhound's unlawful refund policy. Once you board the bus, the ticket is considered actioned even if the driver doesn't complete the trip! Tried calling this unprofessional company to report the driver, to only have the trashy receptionist hang up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR GREYHOUND

Exceptional customer service during the decision making process, clearly answered all question and explained procedures. Driver arrived 20 minutes early and was beyond courteous with exceptional personality. We gave him the addresses and he did a perfect job of finding the best way to get there with the least amount of traffic. We had a blast at my birthday party and Sam's Limousine facilitated it without a hitch. Everyone of my 18 family and friends commented that it was definitely the safe way to travel.
